Op deze DROPS video laten wij zien hoe u kunt opzetten met 3 kleuren.
Deze manier van opzetten lijkt op gewoon opzetten, maar u gebruikt nu 2 draden in verschillende kleuren.
Begin met een schuiflus met beide draden samen – deze wordt later uitgehaald – en zet dan op met de twee draden.
Een mooi begin voor kleurenbreiwerk zoals Fair Isle, intarsia, strepen en twijnend breien.

I'm a beginner knitter, so am still trying to get used to instructions... Thank you!

Dear Mrs Figueroa Mullane, in the Perly May jumper, cast on the sts with 2 strands of yarn as there were just one (there will be 2 strands of yarn for each st), then continue working with only 1 yarn. Casting off that way with 2 strands of yarn will avoid a tight cast-on edge. Happy knitting!
