Neste vídeo DROPS, mostramos-lhe como montar malhas com 2 cores. Esta maneira de montar as malhas lembra a da montagem com 2 fios, mas, aqui, vai montar as malhas com 2 fios de cores diferentes.
Começar com um nó corredio segurando nos fios em dobro (este será retirado mais tarde) para que todas as malhas montadas o sejam com 1 fio.
Montar malhas com 2 cores é ideal para uma peça bicolor, tal como o intarsia, o fair isle, as riscas ou o "twined knitting" (técnica jacquard sueca).

Dear Mrs Figueroa Mullane, in the Perly May jumper, cast on the sts with 2 strands of yarn as there were just one (there will be 2 strands of yarn for each st), then continue working with only 1 yarn. Casting off that way with 2 strands of yarn will avoid a tight cast-on edge. Happy knitting!
