Was mache ich falsch?
02.05.2024 - 18:43DROPS Design answered:

Hei Maj-Britt. I str.

24.02.2024 - 08:21DROPS Design answered:
Hej Maj-Britt, i M har du 84 masker, strikker første pind: 11+2, A.1=7, 7+3, A.1=7, 21+4, A.1=7, 7+3, A.1=7, 10+2 = 98 masker.

Bon tricot!

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows. 1 ridge = knit 2 rows. PATTERN: See diagram A.1. The number of stitches in A.1 varies from 7 to 6. Stitch counts in the text are taken on rows in the pattern with 7 stitches. RAGLAN: Increase before/after A.1 in each transition between the body and sleeves. Increase 1 stitch by making 1 yarn over which is knitted twisted on the next round to avoid a hole. The new stitches are then worked in stockinette stitch. DECREASE TIP (for sleeves): Decrease 1 stitch on either side of the marker-stitch as follows: Work until there are 2 stitches left before the marker-stitch, knit 2 together, knit 1 (marker-stitch), slip 1 stitch knit-wise, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- SWEATER – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE. The neck and yoke are worked in the round with circular needle, from mid-back and top down. The yoke is divided for body and sleeves and the body continued in the round with circular needle. The sleeves are worked in the round with short circular needle/double pointed needles. DOUBLE NECK: Cast on 80-84-88-88-92-96 stitches with 1 strand DROPS Merino Extra Fine and 1 strand DROPS Kid-Silk using short circular needles sizes 5 and 3.5 MM = US 4 held together. Remove the needle size 5 MM = US 8 keeping stitches on needle size 3.5 MM = US 4 (this gives an elastic cast-on edge). Work rib in the round (knit 1, purl 1) for 10 cm = 4". Fold the neck to the inside and work 1 more round of rib, working every 4th stitch together with its respective stitch on the cast-on edge. You now have a double neck. YOKE: Change to circular needle size 5 MM = US 8. Work pattern and increase as follows: Knit 9-11-11-11-13-13 and increase 1-2-1-2-2-2 stitches evenly over these stitches, work A.1 (half back piece), knit 7 and increase 3 stitches evenly over these stitches (sleeve), A.1, knit 19-21-23-23-25-27 and increase 1-4-2-4-4-4 stitches evenly over these stitches, A.1 (front piece), knit 7 and increase 3 stitches evenly over these stitches (sleeve), A.1, knit 10-10-12-12-12-14 and increase 0-2-1-2-2-2 stitches evenly over these stitches (half back piece). There are 88-98-98-102-106-110 stitches. REMEMBER THE KNITTING GAUGE! Continue with stockinette stitch and pattern A.1 and increase 1 stitch for RAGLAN on each side of each A.1 – read description above. Increase like this every 2nd round a total of 15-16-18-20-21-22 times. Continue to increase for raglan but every 2nd increase is only on the front and back pieces (4 increased stitches), i.e., increase on the front and back pieces every 2nd round and on the sleeves every 4th round. Increase like this 6-6-6-6-6-8 times on the front and back pieces (3-3-3-3-3-4 times on the sleeves). You have increased a total of 21-22-24-26-27-30 times on the front and back pieces and 18-19-21-23-24-26 times on the sleeves. There are 244-262-278-298-310-334 stitches (with 7 stitches in A.1). Continue with stockinette stitch and A.1 without further increases until the piece measures 22-23-25-27-28-31 cm = 8¾"-9"-9¾"-10⅝"-11"-12¼", measured mid-front after the neck. Divide for the body and sleeves as follows: Knit 35-39-40-43-46-49 (half back piece), place the next 52-54-58-62-64-68 stitches on a thread for the sleeve, cast on 7-7-9-9-11-11 stitches (in side under sleeve), knit 70-77-81-87-91-99 (front piece), place the next 52-54-58-62-64-68 stitches on a thread for the sleeve, cast on 7-7-9-9-11-11 stitches (in side under sleeve), knit the last 35-38-41-44-45-50 stitches (half back piece). BODY: = 154-168-180-192-204-220 stitches. Work in the round in stockinette stitch with A.1 over the 7 middle stitches in the cast-on stitches under each sleeve. Work until the body measures 18-19-19-19-20-19 cm = 7"-7½"-7½"-7½"-8"-7½" from the division. Now divide for the split in each side and finish the front and back pieces separately. Keep the first 77-84-90-96-102-110 stitches on the needle and place the last 77-84-90-96-102-110 stitches on a stitch holder. Knit 1 row from the right side and increase 32-37-37-41-43-47 stitches evenly spaced = 109-121-127-137-145-157 stitches. Change to circular needle size 3.5 MM = US 4 and work next row as follows from the wrong side: 2 GARTER STITCHES – read description above, * purl 1, knit 1 *, work from *-* until there are 3 stitches left, purl 1 and 2 garter stitches. Continue this rib back and forth for 10 cm = 4". Loosely bind off with knit over knit and purl over purl. Place the stitches from the stitch holder on needle size 3.5 MM = US 4 and work in the same way. The sweater measures approx. 54-56-58-60-62-64 cm = 21¼"-22"-22¾"-23⅝"-24⅜"-25¼" from the shoulder. SLEEVES: Place the 52-54-58-62-64-68 stitches from the thread on the one side of the piece on short circular needle/double pointed needles size 5 MM = US 8 and knit up 1 stitch in each of the 7-7-9-9-11-11 stitches cast on under the sleeve = 59-61-67-71-75-79 stitches. Insert a marker in the middle of the 7-7-9-9-11-11 stitches under the sleeve. Start at the marker and work stockinette stitch in the round. When the sleeve measures 4-4-4-1-4-1 cm = 1½"-1½"-1½"-⅜"-1½"-⅜", decrease 2 stitches mid under sleeve – read DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this every 3-2½-2-2-1½-1½ cm = 1⅛"-1"-¾"-¾"-½"-½" a total of 9-10-12-13-14-15 times = 41-41-43-45-47-49 stitches. Continue working until the sleeve measures 33-31-30-28-28-25 cm = 13"-12¼"-11¾"-11"-11"-9¾" from the division. Knit 1 round and increase 19-19-19-19-19-21 stitches evenly spaced = 60-60-62-64-66-70 stitches. Change to double pointed needles size 3.5 MM = US 4 and work rib (knit 1, purl 1) for 10 cm = 4". Loosely bind off with knit over knit and purl over purl. The sleeve measures approx. 43-41-40-38-38-35 cm = 17"-16⅛"-15¾"-15"-15"-13¾" from the division. Work the other sleeve in the same way. |
