How to crochet a woven stitch
In this DROPS Video we show how you can crochet a woven stitch.
We are showing this decorative crochet texture, which can be applied to many crochet projects.
Start by working a chain row with an even number of chain stitches.
Work a dc in 2nd ch from hook, *ch1, skip 1 ch, dc in next ch, repeat from * across, turn.
Row 1: ch 1, skip 1st dc, *dc in ch sp, ch1, skip 1dc, repeat from * across, end row with dc in turning ch at beg of prev row, turn.
Repeat row 1 for pattern.
The trick as you keep working is to always keep inserting hook between the stitches, which looks like v's on previous row.
