I storlek S ska man lägga upp 96 maskor.

---------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATION FOR THE PATTERN: ---------------------------------------------------------- RAGLAN: Increase 1 stitch by making 1 yarn over, on next round knit yarns over as explained below: BEFORE RAGLAN STITCHES (= twist yarn over towards the right): Move yarn over from left needle to right needle purlwise, slip yarn over back on left needle by inserting left needle from behind in yarn over (yarn over is now twisted). Knit yarn over in loop in front of needle - to avoid holes. AFTER RAGLAN STITCHES (= twist yarn over towards the left): Knit yarn overs in loop behind the needle - to avoid holes. PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 and A.2. SLEEVE TIP: When picking up stitches mid under sleeve, there will be a small hole in the transition between stitches on body and sleeves. The holes can be closed by picking up the strand between two stitches - work this strand twisted together with the first stitch between body and sleeve to close the hole. DECREASE TIP: Decrease 1 stitch on each side of marker thread as follows: Work until 3 stitches remain before marker thread, knit 2 together, knit 2 (marker thread is between these 2 stitches), slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over stitch worked (= 2 stitches decreased). ---------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ---------------------------------------------------------- SWEATER - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: In this pattern needles of different length have been used, begin with fitting length for number of stitches and switch as needed. Work neck edge and yoke in the round on circular needle from right shoulder back, and work top down. Work wave pattern on front piece. When yoke is done, divide piece for body and sleeves. Work body downwards in the round on circular needle while putting the sleeves aside. Then work sleeves downwards in the round on needle. NECK EDGE: Cast on 92-96-100-104-108-112-116 stitches on circular needle size 3.5 MM = US 4 with DROPS Paris. Knit 1 round. Work 4 rounds rib (= knit 1/purl 1). Beginning of round is at right shoulder at the back. Insert 1 marker after the first 33-34-35-36-37-38-39 stitches on round (= approx. mid front), measure piece from this marker. YOKE: Insert 4 markers in piece without working the stitches, insert markers in a stitch and these stitches are called raglan stitches and worked in stockinette stitch. Insert 1st marker in first stitch, count 19 stitches (= sleeve), insert 2nd marker in next stitch, count 25-27-29-31-33-35-37 stitches (= front piece), insert 3rd marker in next stitch, count 19 stitches (= sleeve), insert 4th marker in next stitch, 25-27-29-31-33-35-37 stitches remain after last marker (= back piece). Work in stockinette stitch and pattern as explain below and increase for RAGLAN on each side of raglan stitches– read explanation above for increase method. Pattern and raglan increases begin at the same time, so please read the next 2 sections before continuing. PATTERN: Work the stitches on the sleeves and back piece in stockinette stitch, work as follows over stitches on front piece: 1 raglan stitch in stockinette stitch 2-3-4-5-6-7-8 stitches in stockinette stitch, A.1, 2-3-4-5-6-7-8 stitches in stockinette stitch, 1 raglan stitch in stockinette stitch. When A.1 has been worked 1 time vertically (4 stitches have been increased in A.1), work A.2 over stitches in A.1. Repeat A.2 vertically. RAGLAN: Switch to circular needle size 5 MM = US 8, work pattern and stockinette stitch and increase for RAGLAN - read explanation above, as follows: ROUND 1: Work pattern and stockinette stitch and increase for raglan on each side of every raglan stitch (= 8 stitches increased). ROUND 2: Work pattern and stockinette stitch, remember to work the yarn overs as explain under raglan. Work 1st and 2nd ROUND 3-1-6-7-6-5-5 times in total (= 6-2-12-14-12-10-10 rounds have been worked) = 120-108-152-164-160-156-160 stitches on needle. Remember to follow the knitting gauge! Continue with pattern, stockinette stitch and increase for raglan as follows: ROUND 1: Work pattern and stockinette stitch and increase for raglan on each side of every raglan stitch (= 8 stitches increased). ROUND 2: Work pattern and stockinette stitch. ROUND 3: Work pattern and stockinette stitch and increase for raglan on front piece and back piece, i.e. increase after 2nd and 4th marker and before 3rd and 1st marker - do not increase stitches on sleeves (= 4 stitches increased). ROUND 4: Work pattern and stockinette stitch. Work 1st to 4th ROUND 10-12-10-11-13-15-16 times in total (= 40-48-40-44-52-60-64 rounds worked = 10-12-10-11-13-15-16 increases done on sleeves, 20-24-20-22-26-30-32 increases done on front piece/back piece) = 240-252-272-296-316-336-352 stitches on needle. All increases for raglan are done, 23-25-26-29-32-35-37 increases have been done in total on front piece/back piece and 13-13-16-18-19-20-21 increases on sleeves. Continue in stockinette stitch without increasing, until piece measures approx. 21-23-24-27-29-32-34 cm = 8¼"-9"-9½"-10⅝"-11⅜"-12½"-13⅜" from marker mid front. Now divide yoke for body and sleeves. DIVIDING FOR BODY AND SLEEVES: AT THE SAME TIME as next round is worked divide yoke for body and sleeves as follows: Keep first stitch on needle (this stitch belongs to back piece), slip the next 45-45-51-55-57-59-61 stitches on a thread for sleeve, cast on 10-12-14-16-18-20-20 new stitches on needle (= in the side mid under sleeve), work 77-83-87-95-103-111-117 stitches in stockinette stitch and pattern as before (= front piece), slip the next 45-45-51-55-57-59-61 stitches on a thread for sleeve, cast on 10-12-14-16-18-20-20 new stitches on needle (= in the side mid under sleeve) and work the last 72-78-82-90-98-106-112 stitches in stockinette stitch (= 73-79-83-91-99-107-113 stitches in total on back piece). Finish body and sleeves separately. BODY: = 170-186-198-218-238-258-270 stitches. Work stockinette stitch and pattern as before until piece measures 36-38-40-42-43-45-47 cm = 14¼"-15"-15¾"-16½"-17"-17¾"-18½" from marker mid front. Switch to circular needles size 3.5 MM = US 4, work rib (= knit 1/purl 1) while AT THE SAME TIME increasing 16-18-20-22-24-26-28 stitches evenly on 1st round = 186-204-218-240-262-284-298 stitches. When rib measures 4-4-4-4-5-5-5 cm = 1½"-1½"-1½"-1½"-2"-2"-2" bind off. Sweater measures 40-42-44-46-48-50-52 cm = 15¾"-16½"-17¼"-18"-19"-19¾"-20½" from marker mid front and approx. 46-48-50-52-54-56-58 cm = 18"-19"-19¾"-20½"-21¼"-22"-22¾" from the top of shoulder. SLEEVES: Slip 45-45-51-55-57-59-61 sleeve stitches from one thread on to circular needle size 5 MM = US 8 and pick in addition up 1 stitch in each of the 10-12-14-16-18-20-20 stitches cast on under sleeve– read SLEEVE TIP = 55-57-65-71-75-79-81 stitches. Insert 1 marker thread in the middle of the new stitches under the sleeve. Work in stockinette stitch in the round on needle - AT THE SAME TIME when sleeve measures 1 cm = ⅜" from division, decrease mid under sleeve – read DECREASE TIP and decrease as follows: Decrease 2 stitches 2 times on every other round, then decrease 2 stitches 2-2-5-7-8-9-9 times every 4-4-4-3½-3-2½-2½ cm = 1½"-1½"-1½"-1¼"-1⅛"-1"-1" = 47-49-51-53-55-57-59 stitches on needle. Work until sleeve measures 39-37-37-34-32-29-27 cm = 15¼"-14½"-14½"-13⅜"-12½"-11⅜"-10⅝" from division. Switch to double pointed needles size 3.5 MM = US 4 and work rib (= knit 1/purl 1) while AT THE SAME TIME increasing 9-9-9-11-11-11-11 stitches evenly on 1st round = 56-58-60-64-66-68-70 stitches. When rib measures 6-6-6-6-7-7-7 cm = 2⅜"-2⅜"-2⅜"-2⅜"-2¾"-2¾"-2¾", bind off with knit over knit and purl over purl. Sleeve measures approx. 45-43-43-40-39-36-34 cm = 17¾"-17"-17"-15¾"-15¼"-14¼"-13⅜" from division. |
