How to inc by making YO, then how to work these YO so they twist to right and left (in the round)
BEFORE STARTING THE VIDEO:
We have already worked part of the yoke and increased for raglan on each side of the 4 raglan-lines marked with markers. Raglan increases are worked every 2nd round.
THE VIDEO SHOWS:
ROUND 1: Knit to 1 stitch before the marker-stitch, make 1 yarn over, knit the marker-stitch, make 1 yarn over. Repeat at all the markers on the round.
ROUND 2: Knit, working the yarn overs as follows before and after each marker:
BEFORE THE MARKER (= yarn over twists to the right):
Slip the yarn over knit-wise from the left to the right needle, then replace it on the left needle by inserting the left needle through the back of the yarn over (which now faces the other way). Knit through the stitch loop on the front of the needle – to avoid a hole.
AFTER THE MARKER (= yarn over twists to the left):
Knit through the stitch loop on the back of the needle – to avoid a hole.
Repeat ROUNDS 1 - 2.

Hallo, wie nehme ich die 10 Maschen unter den Armen auf wenn ich die Maschen für den Ärmel stilllege ( am Ende der Passe ) ? Gibt es dazu vielleicht ein Video? Ich bin noch Anfängerin und kenne mich daher nicht so aus. Vielen lieben Dank schonmal im voraus:-)

12.08.2024 - 09:36Hej! Jag vill sticka Drops 232-16 (Desert Mirage), men jag förstår inte hur jag ska räkna fram maskorna för fram-/bakstycke och ärmarna. Efter resåren ska man sätta 1 markör efter 41 maskor och sedan ska man stick enligt diagram och däreter börja ökningen till Raglan, men jag vet inte hur många maskor som ska räknas ör ärmarna och fram och bakstycke. Tacksam för hjälp!

Hei Doris. Merket du har satt etter 41 masker er merket du skal måle fra, så når du begynner å strikke etter halskanten/4 cm vrangbord strikker du slik (i str S & M): A.1 (= 7 masker / 1.raglanlinje), A.2 over de neste 9 maskene (= 1.erme), A.1 (= 7 maske /2. raglanlinje), A.2 over de neste 37 maskene, A.1 (= 7 masker / 3. raglanlinje), A.2 over de neste 9 maskene (=2.erme), A.1 (= 7 masker (4. raglanlinje), A.2 over de neste 37 maskene = det er strikket over 120 masker. mvh DROPS Design

26.02.2024 - 10:22Salve sto lavorando a questa maglia però non riesco a capire nella descrizione quando mi dice continua ad aumentare per il raglan ogni due giri ma ogni due aumenti solo sul davanti e sul dietro cioè aumentare sul davanti sul dietro ogni due giri e sulle maniche ogni quattro giri in alternanza 4e 8 aumenti Aumentare in questo modo 12 volte sul davanti e dietro e sei volte sulle maniche hai aumentato un totale di 33 volte. Dove vanno fatti gli aumenti?grazie

Buongiorno Gabriella, quale modello sta lavorando? In alcuni modelli gli aumenti vengono lavorati in modo diverso sul corpo e sulle maniche, deve procedere come indicato nel modello. Buon lavoro!
30.12.2023 - 10:39Ik loop vast bij het patroon voor Sjøbris. Ik heb de eerste meerdering gemaakt met telkens 6 steken ertussen. Nu moet ik de 2e meerdering breien. Hoeveel steken moet ik nu aanhouden tussen de meerderingen?

Welke trui brei je precies? (Er is namelijk een dames- en herenversie). Voor zover ik het kan zien blijven de steken tussen de meerderingen steeds hetzelfde, dus steeds 6 steken ertussen.

Dear Noeline, could you specify which part of the raglan is giving you trouble? For this pattern, you knit all of the stitches in each part of the yoke except for the stitches in the "raglan-line", which are worked in A.1. You will then increase for the raglan as stated in the pattern, before and after each repeat of A.1 on the round. These increased stitches are later on knitted. You will increase every other round/ on alternate rounds, as indicated for your size. Happy knitting!
17.07.2023 - 09:32Das Video beschreibt die Raglanlinie und Umschläge, wenn in Runden gestrickt wird. Wie werden denn die Umschläge in einer Rückreihe gestrickt (Strickjacke), damit diese sich nach rechts bzw. links neigen? Das habe ich leider noch nicht verstanden. Danke im Voraus für die Hilfe.
