How to knit the flounce on the scarf in DROPS 165-25

In this DROPS video we show how to knit the flounce on the Flutter scarf in DROPS 165-25. In this video we have already knitted row 1-6, and we show row 7, 8 and 9.

This scarf is made in DROPS Fabel, but in the video we knit with a thicker yarn, DROPS Snow.
