Dear, I’m working on this pattern in size 7/8, 140 st in the base color grey and pattern color white. When i start with the chart of the pattern first row. 11+ (2x24) + 11 (70st) when i start with the last 11 stitches i end up with 4 stitches of the base color. The last stitch from the complete row ends in 2 st of the base color. And the arrow from 7/8 start with 2 base color. Is this correct?

Dear Roxanne, yes that's right: you work diagrams starting from the arrow = last 11 stitches, then repeat diagram twice (= 48 sts) then work the first 11 stitches = 70 sts, then repeat one more time on the round. Happy knitting!

I am doing this pattern in 11/12... I am doing chart as stated, “start at last 4 sts then do 24sts repeat”... when I get to end of front 80 sts, I have 6 sts left over. I have Double checked and Triple checked for correct number of total stitches = 160.... and have done pattern a couple of times.... I’m not finding my error and am wondering if pattern has error in total number of stitches needed ? Help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Dear Jessica, on the 80 sts you will work: the last 4 sts in diagram, then repeat the 24 sts in diagram a total of 3 times, then the first 4 sts in diagram = 4 + (3x24) + 4 = 80 sts. Happy knitting!

Thanks, so first the last 7 squares , then do I move to the row number 2 on the diagram or do I go back to the first square on row 1? Thanks again
16.09.2015 - 13:08DROPS Design answered:
Dear Selam, on 1st row in pattern start with the last 7 squares on row 1, then repeat the 24 sts beg from 1st square at the right side towards the left (from RS) (= 2 times the diagram) and finish with the first 7 squares in diagram (1st row), then you get your marker and work the same to the next 62 sts (1st size). Happy knitting!

Hi I'm having trouble understanding where to begin the pattern for the smallest size (7th square from left?) as indicated by arrow? and then how do I continue with the full pattern? Please help me. ( there are no Drops super stores near where I live )thanks!
16.09.2015 - 00:07DROPS Design answered:
Dear Selam, that's correct, in first size, you start from 7th square from left, work these last 7 sts, then repeat diagram to the side, and repeat for back piece with the 7th st in diagram as for front piece. You have 124 sts in 1st size, place a marker at beg of round + 1 marker after 62 sts to mark the sides. Happy knitting!
