Hi. I love this sweater, the pattern is so feminine and elegant. I have tried to knit it but I have problems with reading the pattern. Could you please be so kind to explain what is happening on the 3, 6, etc row? I cannot figure out how to knit A1.A and the transition to A1.B and A1.C. I am an experienced knitter and I simple adore your patterns for their precision and accuracy but this one is very hard to follow. Thank you!

Dear Gergana, on row 3 in A.1, you will knit the 1st st in A.1A tog with the 1st st in A.1B and make a YO (= 1st new st in A.1B), at the end of A.1B, work the same: work the last st in A.1B tog with first st on next repeat A.1B / first st in A.1C). Happy knitting!

Dec for BUTTONHOLES on first band - see explanation above. When piece measures 38-39-40-41-42-43 cm / 15-15¼''-15¾''-16 1/8''-16½''-17'', bind off for armholes in each side as follows: Work until 4 sts remain before first marker in the side, bind off the next 8 sts, work until 4 sts remain before marker in the other side, bind off the next 8 sts and work the rest of row.
