In this DROPS video we show how to work a Geranium flower. Worked in the round. Ch 4 on hook size 3 mm / C with off white, green or mint green and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch. ROUND 1: ch 3 (replace 1st dc), 2 dc in ch-ring, * ch 2, 3 dc in ring *, repeat from *-* 3 more times (= 4 times in total). Crochet: Kalanchoe flower

In this DROPS video we show how to work a Kalanchoe flower. Worked in the round. Ch 3 on hook size 3 mm / C with Safran and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch. ROUND 1: ch 1, work 6 sc in ch-ring and finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round. ROUND 2: ch 1, in every sc the entire round work: 1 sc, ch 3, in 3rd ch from hook work 1 hdc and 1 dc. Finish with 1 sl st in first sc from beg of round = 6 leaves. ROUND 3: ch 1, turn piece and continue to work from the other side, * in sc from previous round work: 1 sc and ch 3, move to next sc *. Crochet: Rose flower

In this DROPS video we show how to work a rose flower. FLOWER: Worked back and forth. Ch 15 on hook size 4 mm / G/6 with Nepal, let the yarn end be approx. 10 cm / 4'' long, this is used for assembly. ROW 1: Work 1 sc in 4th ch from hook, ch 1, * 1 sc in next ch, 1 ch *, repeat from *-* and finish with 1 sc, 1 ch and 1 sl st in last ch. Turn piece. ROW 2: ch 2, in 1st ch from previous round work 4 dc and ch 1, then work 5 dc and 1 ch in each of the next ch 4, 6 tr and 1 ch in the next 6 ch. Finish with 5 tr, 3 ch and 1 sl st in ch-space made at beg of 1st row. Cut the yarn approx. 15 cm / 6'' long and use it for assembly. ASSEMBLY: Piece has a spiral shape and when sewn tog, the beg of 2nd row should be in the middle of flower. Use a needle and thread the end from the top and down the middle of flower. In this DROPS video we show how to work a Marguerite flower. Worked in the round. Ch 4 on hook size 4 mm / G/6 with orange, peach, light peach or strong yellow and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch. How to crochet a small briar flower with leafs

How to crochet flowers and attach the strap in DROPS 187-3

In this DROPS video we show you how to work the flowers and how to work and attach the strap to the Juanita bag in DROPS 187-3. We have already worked some parts of the bag (we use a smaller number of stitches and different colours than what is listed in the pattern) and the video begins with 2 treble crochets being worked together in one stitch (oval shaped icon with 2 small lines in the 2nd row in diagram A.1), then work according to diagram A.2 into the treble crochets worked together. Then we show you some parts of the 3rd row in diagram, where we work 1 treble crochet around the last chain stitch from A.2. The strap is completed and we show you how to attach one of the strap to the bag using treble crochets. We also show you how to complete the flowers from A.2 according to diagram A.3. After that we work the loose flowers according to diagram A.4 and how to attach the loose flower to the bag and strap. This bag is worked in DROPS Paris, but we use a thicker yarn in the video; DROPS Snow. You must also read the pattern and look at the diagrams in addition to watching the video.
