Crochet: Square in DROPS 117-35
In this DROPS video we show how to work a square that is used in the shawl in DROPS 117-35 (ROW 1 WITH SQUARES = 10 squares). Crochet 8 ch and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch. ROUND 1 (green): ch 3, 1 dc in ring, ch 1, 2 dc in ring, * ch 3, 2 dc in ring, ch 1, 2 dc in ring *, repeat from *-* a total of 3 times and finish with 3 ch and 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round. Turn piece. ROUND 2 (bordeaux): ch 3, 1 dc in the first ch space, 12 ch, 2 dc in the same ch space, * ch 1, 1 dc in next ch, 8 ch, 1 dc in the same ch, ch 1, 2 dc in next ch space, 12 ch, 2 dc in the same ch space *, repeat from *-* a total of 3 times, ch 1, 1 dc in the next ch, 8 ch, 1 dc in the same ch, ch 1, finish with 1 sl st in the 3rd ch from on beg of round.
