I think that where the pattern says “repeat from *-* 5 more times” for the first row it should read ‘6 more times’? I think this adds up correctly to 194 chain stitches. I have not stared this pattern yet but want to make my Afghan wider. Can you confirm that my math is correct? I’d like to repeat from *-* 18 times and believe I should start my original chain stitches with 530 including 3 to turn with?
24.07.2023 - 06:10DROPS Design answered:
Dear Lenny, the pattern is correct. When it says 5 more times it doesn't include the first time. Therefore, you work the * to * section 6 times in total; the first time already explained and 5 more times. It should all add up to 194 chain stitches. Happy crocheting!

Tere. Vabandust, aga leidsin teie tõlkes väikse vea. Esimese rea mustri korduse juures on välja toodud, et peab heegeldama kolme ahelsilmusesse pärast kolme ühekordse samba heeleldamist ahelasse. Seal peaks tegelt kirjas olema heegelda kolm ahelsilmust (kontrollisin inglise keelsest tekstist). Samuti on joonist väga keeruline jälgida kui esimese rea puhul pole skeemile lisatud ahelta, et näha täpselt, mis ahelsilmused kus välja jäetakse. Samuti ei saa arvutada nii mustrikordust.
