Bon tricot!

Hei. Nyt kysyn housujen ohjeesta. Lahkeet on yhdistetty. Silmukoita on yhteensä 178. Koko 12/18 kk. En ymmärrä keskiedussa alkavaa kavennusohjetta. Keskisilmukoitahan on 1 edessä ja 1 takana. Kavennuksessa puhutaan kuitenkin "2 keski-s". Jääkö siis kavennusten väliin aina 2 silmukkaa vai 1 silmukka?

Haluaisin toki vastauksen tuohon edelliseen kysymykseeni myssyn kavennuksesta suomenkielellä.
07.03.2023 - 10:57DROPS Design answered:

Kuinka paljon kavennetaan/krs?

Hello! Could you please explain, is the hat worked in the round on circular needle or not? If it is worked back and forth, then finally it should be mentioned how to assemble it. Thank you in advance.
31.08.2022 - 19:14DROPS Design answered:
Hi Victoria, The hat is worked in the round, first with circular needle then double pointed needles as the stitch number is reduced. Happy knitting!

Thank you for the explanation, but when knit as you instruct, the sleeve does not look like the one in the photo. In the photo the top navy stripe on the sleeve aligns with the top navy stripe in the sweater, which has many more white rows before bind off . As you have instructed, the top navy stripe on the sleeve is just one row from bind off. Please help.
22.03.2022 - 20:18DROPS Design answered:
Dear Eileen, depending on the size you might have a few cm white after M.2 (in first size) or approx. 1,5 cm white after M.2 and before casting off - note that you need more than 3 rows to cast off: you will cast off 6 sts mid under sleeve + 5 sts at the beginning of next 4 rows (= 2 times on each side). Happy knitting!

Eileen wrote:
Making the smallest size. My sleeve is 18 cm 2 rows after completing M2. This seems consistent with the directions, but the pattern photo shows many more rows of white. Is something wrong? Also, the 5 stitch decreases on each side of the sleeve look bunched up, even when I spread them out over 3 decreases (2+2+1). Am I doing something wrong?
22.03.2022 - 14:42DROPS Design answered:
Dear Eileen, when sleeve measures 15-18-20-23 cm you start working M.2 and at the same time, when sleeve measures 16-20-22-24 cm (= 1 cm after having started M.2), you will cast off the stitches for sleeve cap. After M.2 has been worked, continue with white to the end. You might have a few rows to work with white after M.2 (= M.2 = 2,5 cm + 0,5 cm white + cast off row). Happy knitting!
