18.02.2014 - 15:05DROPS Design answered:
Liebe Irena, doch, Sie nehmen insgesamt 84 M ab, 14 pro R. Zwischen den Mustern A.1, A.2 & A.3 haben Sie ja 14 li gestrickte Bereiche pro R (= li-Rippen) und Sie nehmen in jedem li gestrickten Bereich je 1 M ab.

I've been knitting for over 30 years. I've restarted this 4 times, I cannot get the A2 cable to work....can anyone help?
16.02.2014 - 14:09DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Fitzmaurice, the diagram should be correct. You can make a swatch with 25 sts (A.2 with 1 edge st each side) to get how it works and maybe explain where you have problems in A.2. Don't forget we have also videos for cables or look how others did it in Ravelry. Happy knitting!

29.01.2014 - 10:46DROPS Design answered:
Hej Louise.

Dear Sue, you will find at the end of written pattern a chart with all measurements in cm, taken from side to side. Check these measurements with one of your similar garments to find the matching size. Happy knitting!

Continue with pattern until piece measures 74-78-80-84 cm / 29"-30¾"-31½"-33", bind off. RIGHT FRONT PIECE: Slip the first 66-71-82-91 sts back on needle. Continue pattern as before. When piece measures 52-51-47-44 cm / 20½"-20"-18½"-17¼" (shorter measurements in the larger sizes because of wider shoulders), bind off all sts. Knit another sleeve. ASSEMBLY: Sew the shoulder seams. Sew in sleeves. Sew the collar tog mid back and sew it to the neckline. Sew the buttons on to left band. |
