Hej, ja de knapparna finns tyvärr inte kvar, men små knappar i storlek 15 mm fungerar fint. Vi har söta små pärlemorknappar tex :)

Please write sleeve pattern after 5cm as 2 sts increase 5 times on every 10th round will split pattern when photo appears patterns to be in line and how many stitches at top before decrease? Thanks from Australia.

Dear Mrs Dwyer, you work the inc in st st until you get enough sts to work 1 more repeat of the diag, ie, when you have inc 10 sts each side, you can then work 1 more repeat of the diag. When dec, take care that you have as many dec in pattern as yo to keep this number of sts constant. Happy knitting!

The diagram shows the pattern from the right side. Buttonhole: Make buttonholes on right front edge from the RS: bind off 3rd st from the edge and cast on 1 new st on the return row. Make buttonholes as follows: Size 1 year: 7, 12, 17, 22 and 26.5 cm / 2¾",4¾",6¾",8¾",10½" Size 2 years: 7, 13, 18, 23 and 28.5 cm / 2¾",5⅛",7",9",11¼" Size 3/4 years: 7, 13, 19, 25 and 30.5 cm / 2¾",5⅛",7½",9¾",12" Size 5/6 years: 7, 14, 20, 26 and 32.5 cm / 2¾",5½",8",10¼",12¾" Binding off tips: When binding off for sleeve cap, and knitting pattern at the same time, make sure not to make more yo’s than you bind off sts. ______________________________________________________________________ Back and front piece: The jacket is knitted back and forth on circular needle. Cast on 139-149-169-179 sts (includes 4 edge sts each side towards front edges) on needle size 4 mm / US 6. Knit 1 vertical repeat of M.3 with all edge sts in garter sts. Continue in stockinette sts with edge sts in garter sts. REMEMBER THE GAUGE! When piece measures 7 cm / 2¾" start making buttonholes on right front edge – see above. When piece measures 18-20-21-22 cm / 7"-8"-8¼"-8¾" work next row as follows: knit 34-36-41-44 sts (= front piece), bind off 6 sts for armhole, knit 59-65-75-79 sts (= back piece), bind off 6 sts for armhole, knit 34-36-41-44 sts (= front piece). Now complete each piece separately. Left front: = 34-36-41-44 sts. Bind off for armhole in beg of every row from side: 2 sts 1-1-2-2 times and 1 st 4-5-4-4 times = 28-29-33-36 sts. When piece measures 27-29-31-33 cm / 10⅝"-11⅜"-12¼"-13" bind off 7-7-8-9 sts for neck and continue to bind off in beg of every row from neck to shape the neckline: 2 sts 2-2-2-2 times and 1 st 4-4-4-5 times = 13-14-17-18 sts left on shoulder. Bind off when piece measures 31-33-36-38 cm / 12¼"-13"-14¼"-15". Right front: = 34-36-41-44 sts. Continue as for left front – remember buttonholes! Back: = 59-65-75-79 sts. Bind off for armholes each side as described for front piece = 47-51-59-63 sts. When piece measures 29-31-34-36 cm / 11⅜"-12¼"-13¾"-14¼" bind off the middle 17-19-21-23 sts for neck and work each side separate. Continue to bind off 1 st in beg of every row from neck to shape the neckline 2-2-2-2 times = 13-14-17-18 sts left on shoulder. Continue and bind off when piece measures 31-33-36-38 cm / 12¼"-13"-14¼"-15". Sleeves: Worked in the round. Cast on 34-36-38-40 sts on double pointed needles size 4 mm / US 6. Knit M.1 and inc 6-4-2-0 sts evenly on the last row = 40-40-40-40 sts. Continue in M.2. When piece measures 5 cm / 2" inc 2 sts mid under arm, repeat inc on every 8-10-6-7 round a total of 5-5-10-10 times = 50-50-60-60 sts – knit the inc sts in stockinette sts until they fit into pattern. When piece measures 19-24-27-31 cm / 7½"-9½"-10⅝"-12¼" bind off 6 sts mid under arm and finish the sleeve back and forth on needle. Bind off for sleeve cap in beg of every row each side – see bind off tips: 2 sts 1-1-3-3 times, 1 st 6-6-2-2 times, 2 sts 1-1-3-3 times and 3 sts 1-1-1-1 time. Bind off remaining sts, piece measures approx 26-31-34-38 cm / 10¼"-12¼"-13⅜"-15". Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Pick up approx 60 to 70 sts round the neck on needle size 4 mm / US 6 and knit 4 rows garter sts. Bind off. Set in sleeves and sew on buttons. |
