How to crochet a relief pattern (aka raised crochet)

In this DROPS video we show how to crochet a relief pattern (aka raised crochet). You can create a relief texture on a crochet piece by working in the front and back post of a stitch. In this video we are crocheting every other stitch as a normal tr, and every other st as a relief tr. Start with a row of regular tr. On next row we are working "1 tr, 1 relief tr in front post", on 3rd row we are working the relief sts in the back post. This creates a rib texture on the right side. In this DROPS video we show how to crochet the double treble (dtr) cable after a chart. We have already crocheted 1 round with tr and start the video with 3 chain stitch (ch) and 6 tr (speeding) before we start with the chart. RELIEF: When working 1 relief tr it is to work around 1 st from previous round (do not work in loops but around the tr from front). 2 DTR CABLE: Skip 1 tr, 1 relief dtr around next tr, 1 relief dtr around tr skipped. How to work relief-treble crochets, front and back on a piece

In this DROPS video we show how to crochet relief-treble both in front and back on a piece after charts, so that it forms a rib pattern. This technique is used in the «Snow Textures» headband in DROPS 204-33. This headband is crocheted in DROPS Air, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow. How to crochet a texture cable

In this DROPS video we show how to crochet a texture pattern that is forms like a cable, used in the Blushing Embers jumper in DROPS 206-33. First we easy show how to crochet a chain stitch rings with 8 chain stitches and 1 slip stitch, that later will be put together to a cable. We work treble crochet between the chain stitch rings. Then we show how to crochet the chain stitch rings together so it becomes a cable. At the end we show how to work the cables with a slip stitch so it fastened to the round with treble crochet. How to crochet a textured pattern

In this DROPS video we show how to crochet the textured pattern to the cloths in DROPS Extra 0-1396. We work with a smaller number of stitches than it says in the pattern and we show the beginning, 1st row, A.1, A.2 (3 reports) and A.3 1 time in height. How to crochet a waffle pattern

In this DROPS video we show you how to crochet an easy waffle pattern. This pattern can be used in for example cloths, pot holders or blankets. Start by chaining a row with a number of stitches multiple with 3 + 4. In the video we chain a row with 15+4. Work 19 chain stitch. Row 1: Work 1 treble crochet in the 2nd chain stitch from the hook, 1 treble crochet in each of the next 17 chain stitch, 2 chain stitch and turn. Row 2: Work 1 treble crochet in the 1st / next treble crochet, *1 treble crochet around the treble crochet from the last row, and then 1 treble crochet in each of the 2 next treble crochet* , repeat* -* until there is 1 stitch left, finish with 1 treble crochet in the 2nd chain stitch. Work 2 chain stitch and turn. Row 3: *Work 1 treble crochet in the 1st / next treble crochet, 1 treble crochet around each of the 2 next treble crochet from the last row* repeat*-*, until there is 1 stitch left, finish with 1 treble crochet in the 2nd chain stitch. Work 2 chain stitch and turn. Repeat row 2 and 3 until wanted size. Finish with 1 treble crochet in each treble crochet from last row. In the video we use the yarn DROPS Snow.
