How to work a helmet hat

In this DROPS video we show how we work a helmet hat. We work the smallest size in DROPS 204-21. We have already cast on 68 stitches and knitted 1 round. READ the pattern for more instructions. You’ll find patterns by clicking on one off the pictures below. This helmet hat is worked in DROPS Snow, the same yarn we use in the video.

How to knit A.1, A.2 and A.3 in DROPS 150-42

In this DROPS video we show how to knit the beautiful lace pattern following the charts A.1, A.2 and A.3 for the Autumn Mist set in DROPS 150-42. We knit with 2 edge sts in garter st according to the pattern. We have already knitted 1 repeat of the chart in height to make it easier to see the lace pattern. We are now knitting 1 repeat in height following the charts: K2 edge sts, now start again in the lower right corner of the chart A.1 (consisting of 2 sts), continue with A.2 (consisting of 6 sts) and repeat A.2 (3 times in the video) until7 sts remain on row, now work A.3 (consisting of 5 sts) and finally K2 edge sts. We show all pattern rows knitted from RS according to the chart, and several rows knitted from WS (with 2 K sts each side). How to knit M.1 and the short rows in DROPS 131-47

In this DROPS video we show you how to knit the cable according to chart M.1 and at the same time knitting the short rows for the Rosebud hat in DROPS 131-47 We make the smallest size (S) in the video and we have already knitted one repeat of M.1 in the height.
