Where are the directions for making the longer fronts? Thank you.
26.05.2018 - 21:04DROPS Design answered:
Dear Connie, the jacket is worked bottom up, ie all sts are cast on from bottom edge including the longer fronts. Divide piece as explained for armholes and finish back and front pieces separately. Happy knitting!

Where it says: Keep the first 84 sts on needle and slip the remaining 144 sts , that is 228 stitches, Where are the other two stitches. Is it the first 2 edge stitches that are not counted for in the instructions? Thank you.
02.06.2017 - 07:35DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs LaForte, before working each part separately you cast off from RS the middle of the è sts in garter st for armhole, so that you have: 81 sts, 3 sts in garter st, 1 st cast off, 3 sts in garter st, 54 sts in stocking st, 3 sts in garter st, 1 st cast off, 3 sts in garter st, 81 sts. With regard to my previous question please note the figures given for the 4th set of measurements. How can the total length be 80cm if you are to knit to 89cm and then work 2 ridges?
03.11.2016 - 19:56DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Garner, it seems you are right, your feedback has been forwarded to our Design team, you may have to work until 79 cm in 4th size instead of 89 cm to get the final measurements to 80. Happy knitting!

Is it a typing error for the overall length before binding off?- the pattern states until piece measures 73-75-77-89-81-84. Thanks
02.11.2016 - 23:37DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Garner, when piece measures 73-75-77-89-81-84 cm work 2 ridges with needle size 4 mm and bind off - Total length should be 74-76-78-80-82-84 cm as in measurement chart. Happy knitting!
