With regard to the left-hand glove when it says "Like right glove, but mirrored, i.e. inc for thumb gusset each side of the last but one st on round." Does that mean read the knitting diagram from right to left from the starting point? And for the thumb, could you please clarify "last but one st on round"? Does that mean, the 47th stitch out of 48? Thank you!
11.02.2021 - 04:28DROPS Design answered:
Dear Peggy, diagram will be worked the same way as for first glove, except that you will now increase for thumb on each side of the 47th stitch of the round (= next to last stitch on round). Happy knitting!

Dear Brenda, we are sorry you lost your mittens, however, without a number it will be difficult to find which pattern was it. However here a selection f wrist warmers / fingerless mitts with Nordic patterns, maybe the one you are lookingfor is there too. 01.05.2020 - 00:12

Ho notato due errori nella traduzione italiana: 1. Quantità di filato 50 g invece do 100 nelle versioni inglese e norvegese. 2.

Change to double pointed needles size 3 mm / US 2or3 and work 1 round stockinette st, AT THE SAME TIME dec 8 sts evenly = 48 sts. Work 2 rounds stockinette st with light beige brown and continue in M.1 – beg by arrow in diagram and work 4 repeats across the round – insert a marker in the 26th st on round (= thumb st). Work stockinette st in the round with light beige brown for approx 6 cm / 2 3/8'', K2 tog on next round, cut the thread, pull it through remaining sts, tighten and fasten. HAND: Slip sts from stitch holder back on double pointed needles size 3 mm / US 2or3 and pick up 2 sts towards little finger = 40 sts. Work 2 rounds stockinette st with light beige brown. Now keep the 2 sts picked up towards little finger + 6 sts each side of these on needle and slip the remaining 26 sts back on stitch holder. RING FINGER = 14 sts, cast on 1 new st towards sts on stitch holder = 15 sts. Work stockinette st in the round with light beige brown for approx 7.5 cm / 3'', K2 tog on next round, cut the thread, pull it through remaining sts, tighten and fasten. MIDDLE FINGER: Slip 6 sts from upper hand and 6 sts from palm of hand back on double pointed needles size 3 mm / US 2or3, pick up 2 sts towards ring finger and cast on 1 new st towards sts on stitch holder = 15 sts. Work stockinette st in the round with light beige brown for approx 8.5 cm / 3 1/4'', K2 tog on next round, cut the thread, pull it through remaining sts, tighten and fasten. INDEX FINGER: Slip the remaining 14 sts back on double pointed needles size 3 mm / US 2or3, pick up 2 sts towards middle finger = 16 sts. Work stockinette st in the round with light beige brown for approx 7 cm / 2¾'', K2 tog on next round, cut the thread, pull it through remaining sts, tighten and fasten. THUMB: Slip the 13 sts over thumb gusset on double pointed needles size 3 mm / US 2or3 and pick up 3 sts in the edge behind thumb sts = 16 sts. Work stockinette st in the round with light beige brown for approx 6 cm / 2 3/8'', K2 tog on next round, cut the thread, pull it through remaining sts, tighten and fasten.
