Crochet 1 round with 1 dc in every tr, then crochet 7 rounds with 1 dc in every dc. Buona giornata

Grazie e buona serata
04.01.2013 - 21:10DROPS Design answered:
Salve, no, perché devi calcolare anche il 5° giro, cioè, 10 m al 5° giro, 10 al 6°, 10 al 7°, 10 al 8° e 10 al nono giro, quindi 5 volte x 10 maglie.

Do not understand continue crocheting the beret to finished measurement with doubler thread. What is the measurement and what does double thread mean.
28.11.2012 - 01:02DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Langille, when you have a total of 70 tr in the round, continue with 2 strands held together and work a total of 8 rounds with 1 dc in each st, you will then have reach finished measurements. Happy crocheting!

Crochet info: Substitute first dc on round with 3 ch. Rounds ends with 1 sl st in 3rd ch in the beg of row. Substitute first sc on round with 1 ch. Round ends with 1 sl st in 1st ch in the beg of row. Decrease tip: Dec 1 dc like this: Crochet 1 dc, but wait with last "pull through" (= 2 loops on hook), crochet another dc but on the last pull through pull the yarn through all loops on hook. BERET Check your crochet gauge! The beret is crocheted from top and down. Crochet 10 ch with hook size 5 mm [US H/8] and Alaska and form a ring with 1 sl st in 1st ch. 1st round: Read Crochet info! Crochet 20 dc on ring. 2nd round: * 1 dc in first dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat *-* = 30 dc. 3rd round: * 1 dc in first 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat *-* = 40 dc. 4th round: * 1 dc in first 3 dc, 2 dc in next dc *, repeat *-* = 50 dc. 5th -9th round: Continue the same way but with 1 more dc between every inc (i.e. inc 10 dc per round) = 100 dc. 10th-16th round: Crochet 1 dc in every dc without inc. Then put 10 markers in piece with 10 dc in between. Continue to crochet in the round with dc, at the same time dec 1 dc on left side of every marker on every round – read Dec. tip! Crochet a total of 3 rounds with dec = 70 dc. Continue crocheting the beret to finished measurement with double thread. Crochet 1 round with 1 sc in every dc, then crochet 7 rounds with 1 sc in every sc. Cut and fasten the thread. Pompon: Make a pompon with en diameter of approx 5 cm [2"]. Attach the pompon on top of the beret. SCARF Measurement: approx 15 x 80 cm [6" x 31½"] + crocheted edge Materials: DROPS Puddel from Garnstudio 100 g color no. 8, dark gray DROPS needle size 7 mm [US 10 ½] - or size needed to make 10 sts x 14 rows in stockinette stitch on 10 x 10 cm [4" x 4"] [4" x 4"] DROPS Crochet hook size 7 mm [US K/10½] – for crocheted edge. Scarf: Cast on 15 sts on 2 needles size 7 mm [US 10 ½] with Puddel (this will make the casting on edge elastic). Pull out one needle and K1 row from WS. Continue in stockinette stitch until piece measures approx 79 cm [31"]. K1 row from WS. Bind off loosely. Crocheted edge: Crochet 1 round around the scarf with hook size 7 mm [US K/10½] like this: 1 sc, * 4 ch, skip approx 2 cm [3/4"] and crochet 1 sc in following st *, repeat *-*. |
