When you are crocheting dc's in the round you begin each round with 3 ch that replaces the first dc on this next round. Finish each round with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round.

Hello I'm following this pattern and when it says treble into chain space you do mean space and not the actual chain itself. As I asked someone else and they thought by looking at the picture it looked like your crocheting into the chain. Dear Mrs White, as explained it looks like you are right, when you work in the chain space, you work around the chain(s) that make(s) the chain-space, and not in the chain itself. Als je op deze manier in de rondte breit, dan verschuift het inderdaad geleidelijk aan. De stokjes zitten op deze manier nooit recht boven elkaar. Als je dat niet wilt kun je telkens na het sluiten van de toer het werk keren en terug haken.
