Hi there--I've nearly finished the jumper! Just having trouble interpreting the instructions for binding off the sleeves. It says to shape the sleeve cap you bind off stitches on every other row--does that mean that the sleeve cap will be asymmetric? One side will be square after binding off for the underarm, and the other will be graduated from binding off on every other row?

Dear Cassandra, do the cast off at both side (practically cast off at the beginning of each row (so cast offs at one side will happen at every other row, ). Happy Stitching!

Hi there - is there instructions for an XL version of this jumper? or an easy way to modify the pattern?
13.02.2021 - 22:03DROPS Design answered:
Dear Cassandra, unfortunately there are no instructions to knit this sweater to a size XL, however there are a couple of things you might try. The original design is made with a certain positive ease, so try and compare the measurements given on the schematic drawing at the botton of the pattern, and compare to a swetaer that fits you. You might find that they are similar. Also, you can try to knit it with a yarn that is somewhat thocker, and / or use bigger needles, then the resulting piece will be also bigger. Happy Knitting!

Hi, can you please clarify the instructions for the round when I separate back and front. 1. Do I bind of 2, KNIT the next 65, bind off 4, KNIT the next 65, bind off 2? This means I won't have any yarn attached anymore for the front and back piece so do I have to attach new yarn? Is there a way I can do it with the working yarn still attached? Thank you.

Hello Amy. You could work as follows: starting at the end of previous round, you bind off the last 2 sts on the round, bind off the next 2 sts (first 2 sts of the new round), knit the next 65 sts, bind off 4 sts, knit the next 65 sts.You then continue working the piece the yarn is attached to. Happy knitting!
