I am going to need more clarification. I don't know if I am understanding this correctly: "Bind off 2 sts at side for armhole every other row 1 (1-2) times, then dec 1 st 1 (3-2) times = 36 (37-38) sts." Do I bind off two stitches, one stitch at the beginning and one stitch at the end; or bind off two stitches in the very beginning? And where exactly do I decrease after binding off??

Dear Natalie, you have not stated which part of the piece, nor wich size, so I will assume the smallest, but since you can only bind off at the beginning of the row, yu always bing off for armhole in rows that start from there. You bind off 2 stitches once, then 1 stitch once. For the medium size, you bind off 2 stitches once, then 1 stitch three times, etc. Happy Knitting!
