Hi! Could I make all in just one colour and using drops Paris or drops air? Thanks!
12.04.2022 - 11:13DROPS Design answered:
Dear Laura, this pattern is worked with 2 threads: C (Paris) + A (Cotton-Viscose). If you only work with 1 thread of C and try to work according to the gauge indicated in the pattern, the garment will end up too loose. So, to work with one thread of C (either Paris or Air)you would need to use a 4.5-5 mm needle (recommended for this yarns) and the gauge obtained would be different: approx. 17sts = 10 cm. So, you would need to recalculate the stitches/cm in the pattern according to the new gauge or work a larger size. Happy knitting!

Hi. When I do the decrease on the sleeve, I wind up decreasing by 9 and not 8 stitches. I’m not sure what I’m missing - any suggestions? Thanks
30.11.2019 - 04:07DROPS Design answered:
Dear Marie, when piece measures 6 cm, you decrease 8 stitches on the round working: * P 1, K 5, K 2 tog, P 1 * a total of 8 times , ie you work 9 stitches decreasing 1 stitch x 8 = 72 sts decreased to 64 sts. Happy knitting!
