Liebe Anja, aufgrund des Übergangs, den man von Runde zu Runde hätte, klappt das Muster besser, wenn man es hin- und zurückstrickt. Ich stimme Ihnen zu, in Tweed sieht das Muster sicher auch sehr gut aus!

GARTER ST (back and forth on needle): K all rows. 1 ridge = K2 rows. HERRINGBONE PATTERN: ROW 1 (= RS): K 1, K 2 twisted tog but * drop the first of the two sts worked from left needle off the needle and K the second st twisted tog with next st *, repeat from *-* until 2 sts remain on needle, K 2. ROW 2 (= WS): P 1, P 2 tog but * drop the first of the two sts worked from left needle off the needle and P the second st tog with next st *, repeat from *-* until 2 sts remain on needle, P 2. Repeat rows 1 and 2 upwards. DECREASE TIP: From RS: Dec by K 3 tog through back loops, drop the first 2 sts from left needle. From WS: Dec by P 3 tog, drop the first 2 sts from left needle. BIND-OFF: * K 2 twisted tog, drop the 2 sts on left needle off the needle, pass st to the far right (on right needle) over the second st on needle *, repeat from *-*, and pull yarn through at the end. ---------------------------------------------------------- HAT: Worked back and forth on needle and sewn tog when finished. Cut the yarn and pull it through the remaining sts. Fasten tightly. ASSEMBLY: Sew tog mid back. Sew neatly tog st by st inside 1 edge st in stockinette st. Make sure that to avoid a tight seam. Cut and fasten the yarn. ---------------------------------------------------------- NECK WARMER: Worked back and forth on circular needle and sewn tog when finished. Loosely cast on 136-148-158 sts (includes 1 edge st in stockinette st in each side of piece) on circular needle size 15 mm / US 19 with Cloud or Snow. Work HERRINGBONE PATTERN - see explanation above - beg on 2nd row (= WS). REMEMBER THE GAUGE! When piece measures 7-9-11 cm / 2 3/4"-3½"-4½", dec 10-12-12 sts evenly - READ DECREASE TIP! There are now 126-136-146 sts on needle. Repeat dec when piece measures 12-15-18 cm / 4 3/4"-6"-7" = 116-124-134 sts. When piece measures 17-21-25 cm / 6 3/4"-8 1/4"-9 3/4", dec 8-10-12 sts evenly = 108-114-120 sts. Bind off from RS when piece measures 22-26-30 cm / 8 3/4"-10 1/4"-11 3/4" - READ BIND-OFF. ASSEMBLY: Sew tog mid back. Sew neatly tog st by st inside 1 edge st in stockinette st. Make sure that to avoid a tight seam. Cut and fasten the yarn. |
