Was ist jetzt richtig?

When piece measures 57-56-56-55-54-52 cm / 22½"-22"-22"-21⅝"-21¼"-20½" (less for the larger sizes because of longer sleeve cap and wider shoulder) bind off 4-6-6-6-6-6 sts mid under sleeve (i.e. bind off 2-3-3-3-3-3 sts on each side of marker). Continue back and forth on the circular needle. Continue to bind off for sleeve cap at the beg of every row in each side as follows: 2 sts 1 time and 1 st 1-2-3-3-6-7 times.
