Mvh DROPS Design

I did not understand iWhen the piece measures 50-52-54-56-58 cm P 1 row from the right side over the centre 16-18-21-23-26 sts ( K all other sts). Bind off the centre 10-10-11-11-12 sts for the neck = 11-12-12-13-13 sts left on each shoulder piece. Continue in stocking sts and 3-4-5-6-7 sts of garter sts at each neck side until the piece measures 54-56-58-60-62 cm. Bind off remaining sts. totally did not understand what is the purpose of the pearl row it seams so out of place

Dear Mrs Sloven, this row worked purled from RS will create a ridge before casting off the stitches on next row from WS, to make an edge for neckline. Happy knitting!

Fin, enkel kofta.
