Do you divide stitches for fronts and back before casting off 4 stitches? And if so how many stitches for each piece. It reads to me as if the cast off stitches are on the button band edge but they must be at the armhole. ?
16.06.2022 - 09:25DROPS Design answered:
Dear Jan, work the division/cast off row as follows (with pattern as before): work the first 28-31-34-37 sts, cast off the next 4 sts, work the next 56-62-68-71 sts (the first of these sts is already on needle), cast off the next 4 sts and work the last 28-31-34-37 sts. Happy knitting!
