Is it just me or is there a problem with the chart. Working on 193 stitches and leaving 1 edge stitch on each side, I end up with either half a flower or a wide piece without pattern, please help me, thanks.

Dear Mrs Fell, working on 193 sts you will repeat the diagram a total 19 times then work the first st of diagram to get both sides be the same (+ 1 edge st each side). Happy knitting!

Greetings from sunny Australia, I am wondering if this cardigan was knitted in Alpaca or Baby Merino, the colours ‘names’ seem to match up with Baby Merino. For those of us who order online. it would be most helpful if the pattern included the colour number as well colour name. Thanks for your help. Susan Fell

Repeat along the right front, but after 0.5 cm [0.25"] make 5-5-5 (6-6-6) buttonholes evenly distributed on the row (1 buttonhole = bind off 3 sts and cast on 3 new sts on the next row). The top buttonhole should be positioned considering that there will be a buttonhole on the first row in the neck ribbing. Pick up approx. 90-100 sts around the neck on smaller circular needles with red and knit rib as follows: 1 row red, 2 rows yellow, 3 rows red and bind off.
