Why is the knitting/crochet tension so important?
05.06.2023 - 05:48DROPS Design answered:
Hi An Yeun, The knitting/crochet tension is important because you then get the measurements given in the diagram and the size you want with your number of stitches and rows. Happy crafting!

Hello, On A5 diagram, last two rows has extra stitches on left hand site. Does it mean we need to add them on, like we have done for back? So I am knitting size L. Do I have to add extra 15 stitches once I complete row 11? Thank you
02.06.2023 - 12:25DROPS Design answered:
Dear Ally, at the end of last row from RS in A.5 cast on 14 new stitches (there will be a total of 15 new stitches thanks to the extra yarn over worked inside the last 2 sts). These will be the stitches for under arm. Happy knitting!

Bon tricot!

Would love to cast this on soon, however with no chest measurements that I could see, not sure which size to cast on, is there Aby measurements for sizing?
15.04.2023 - 00:19DROPS Design answered:
Dear Josephine, the measurements for the garment are indicated in the measurements schematic, after the written instructions and the charts. All measuments are in cm. Each of the numbers of a sequence correspond to a size: the first one is for the smallest size and the last one is for the largest size. For more information, check the following lesson: https://www.garnstudio.com/lesson.php?id=24&cid=19. Happy knitting!

What do the filled-in ovals in chart A8 and A9 (rows 1, 3 and 5) mean?
04.04.2023 - 14:50DROPS Design answered:
Hi Svetlana, The filled in ovals are 'make a yarn over, which is worked twisted on the next row to avoid a hole'. Happy Easter!
