Lace pattern

In this DROPS video we show you how to work a lace pattern after chart. In this video we have 2 st in garter st in each side. And we have already worked 2 ridges in garter st and the chart one time in height, so that you see the pattern better. We work the pattern back and forth, but it can also be worked in the round on circular needle. To see an example of this pattern, see: DROPS 164-34

How to knit the PATTERN in DROPS 182-1

In this DROPS video we show you how to knit the PATTERN to the hat “Very Berry” in DROPS 182-1. We have already knitted some cm rib and start the video with the 1st row in the PATTERN. ROWS 1-12: Knit from right side, knit from wrong side. ROW 13 (from right side): Knit 1, * knit 2 together, make 1 yarn over *, repeat from *-* until there is 1 stitch left, knit 1. ROW 14 (from wrong side): Knit. Repeat these 14 rows upwards. RS = Right side WR = Wrong side This hat is knitted in DROPS baby Merino, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow. Simple lace pattern / P2 tog, yo:

Work the pattern over an oneven number of stitches. 1st needle (RS): * P2 tog, yo*, repeat until 1 st is over, K1 2nd needle (WS): * P2 tog, yo*, repeat until 1 st is over, K1. Repeat these 2 needles To see a pattern with this technique, see: DROPS 132-26 or click on the picture to the left.

Pattern: eyelet rows and lace pattern

In this video we show how to knit EYELET ROW and LACE PATTERN on a shawl. First we show how to cast on and knit until we have 17 sts on needle, and then we fast forward to where we start on 3rd row showing the EYELET ROW as explained in the pattern. Then we work 4th and 5th row. Another fast forward and we have worked a piece with two eyelet rows and now we show how to work the LACE PATTERN. How to work after chart M.1 to the scarf in DROPS 136-2

In this DROPS video we show how to work after chart M.1 twice in the height to the scarf «Caress» in DROPS 136-2. We have already cast on 10 stitches and start the video with K 1 row from WS, before we work after chart M.1. We also show two times how to increase 1 stitch by making 1 YO after marker. This scarf is worked in DROPS Alpaca, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow. You must read the pattern and look at the chart to be able to follow this video properly.
