Witaj Natalio, wkładasz marker w oczko prawe, odliczasz 17 o. i wkładasz marker w następne oczko (oczko prawe). Masz teraz 4 oczka z markerem i 17x4=68 o.

Esempio: Giro 1: diminuisco Giro 2: normale Giro 3: diminuisco o normale?

Buongiorno Francesca, deve lavorare 1 giro di diminuzioni e 1 giro normale e poi ripetere. Buon lavoro!

Dear Mrs Sheppard, you are right, DROPS Eskimo belongs to yarn group E - and you can replace 1 strand yarn group E with 2 strands yarn group C - read more here about alternatives. Happy knitting!

Knitted beanie / hipster hat with rib in DROPS Snow.
DROPS 214-1 |
|
------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- HAT - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: Work piece in the round on circular needle, switch to double pointed needles when decreasing towards the top of hat. Hat is worked from wrong side so make sure to fasten strands on this side. HAT: Cast on 72-80 stitches on circular needle size 6 mm = US 10 with Snow. Work in the round in rib with 1 knit stitch and 1 purl stitch. REMEMBER THE KNITTING GAUGE! When piece measures approx. 26½-27 cm = 10½"-10⅝", begin decrease towards the top of hat (approx. 7½ -9 cm = 2⅞"-3½" remain until finished measurements). Insert 4 markers in piece, place markers in a knit stitch, so that there are 17-19 stitches between each marker - move the markers upwards when working. Now continue with rib as before but decrease on every other round as follows: Purl 3 together after each stitch with marker (= 8 stitches decreased per round). Repeat decrease every other round a total of 6-7 times = 24-24 stitches. Work 2 rounds where all stitches are purled 2 together = 6-6 stitches. Cut the yarn, use a needle and pull it through the last stitch. Tighten together and fasten the yarn tightly in the side of piece. Turn the hat out to the other side, this is right side of piece. Piece measures approx. 34-36 cm = 13⅜"-14¼". Fold up the bottom 9-10 cm = 3½"-4" of hat. |
