I was wondering about knitting the hat on two straight needles instead of in the round. How many stitches would I need to knit this with Andes yarn? Thank you! You have an amazing website for free patterns!

Dear Regina, you will find here some tips to adjust the pattern on straight needles. Read how to calculate new amount of yarn. Happy knitting!

Bon tricot!

Just finished this hat and neck warmer using Cloud... And am delighted with both yarn and finished articles. Cloud is so soft and light, and not scratchy. Great addition to your collection of yarns. Hope you will be designing specifically for Cloud and increasing the range of shades. Thank you again Drops.
