MEASURING TIP: Measure when piece is flat, it is important not to stretch the piece when measuring. -------------------------------------------------------- BACK PIECE: Worked back and forth on circular needle. Cast on 46-50-54-58-62-66 sts on circular needle size 8 mm / US 11 with Puddel. Then work in stockinette st. REMEMBER THE GAUGE! Continue until piece measures 52-53-54-53-54-55 cm / 20½"-21"-21¼"-21"-21¼"-21½". Then cast on new sts for sleeve at the end of every row in each side as follows: 1 st 2-2-2-1-1-1 time, 2 sts 1 time, then cast on 8-7-6-6-5-4 sts in each side = 70-72-74-76-78-80 sts. Continue in stockinette st until piece measures 76-78-80-80-82-84 cm / 30"-30¾"-31½"-31½"-32¼"-33". Then bind off for diagonal shoulder at the beg of every row in each side as follows: bind off the first 4 sts 4-4-4-2-2-2 times, 3 sts 0-0-0-3-3-3 times, then 6-7-7-7-7-8 sts 1 time = 26-26-28-28-30-30 middle sts remain for neck. Loosely bind off all sts on next row from RS (piece now measures approx. 84-86-88-90-92-94 cm / 33"-34"-34½"-35½"-36½"-37"). LEFT FRONT PIECE: Worked back and forth on circular needle. Cast on 35-37-39-42-44-46 sts on circular needle size 8 mm / US 11 with Puddel. Then work in stockinette st until piece measures 52-53-54-53-54-55 cm / 20½"-21"-21¼"-21"-21¼"-21½". Then cast on new sts for sleeve at the end of every row from WS as follows: 1 st 2-2-2-1-1-1 time, 2 sts 1 time, then cast on 8-7-6-6-5-4 sts = 47-48-49-51-52-53 sts. Continue in stockinette st until piece measures 76-78-80-80-82-84 cm / 30"-30¾"-31½"-31½"-32¼"-33". Then bind off for diagonal shoulder at the beg of every row from RS as follows: bind off the first 4 sts a total of 4-4-4-2-2-2 times, 3 sts 0-0-0-3-3-3 times, then 6-7-7-7-7-8 sts 1 time = 25-25-26-27-28-28 sts remain (piece measures approx. 84-86-88-90-92-94 cm / 33"-34"-34½"-35½"-36½"-37"). Then work in stockinette st over these 25-25-26-27-28-28 sts for collar - AT THE SAME TIME work short rows as follows (beg from WS): * Work 2 rows over all sts, work from WS the first 12-12-13-13-14-14 sts on needle, turn piece, tighten thread and work back from RS *, repeat from *-* until collar measures 15-15-16-16-17-17 cm / 6"-6"-6¼"-6¼"-6¾"-6¾" (measured from the shoulder in the shortest side), loosely bind off. RIGHT FRONT PIECE: Cast on and work as left front piece but reversed. ASSEMBLY: Sew shoulder and overarm seams in outermost sts. Sew collar tog mid back and sew on to neck line at the back of neck. Sew underarm and side seams in one in front loop of outermost st. CROCHET EDGE: Work 1 round with Andes on hook size 8 mm / L/11 along all edges on jacket as follows: * 1 sc, ch 3, skip approx. 2 cm / ¾" *, repeat from *-* and finish with 1 sl st in 1st sc.
