Bonjour Ariane, vous trouverez la quantité requise pour chaque taille, du XS au XXXL, sous l'onglet "Explications" en haut de page, en même temps que les aiguilles et l'échantillon. Il faudra par ex en XS et S 150 g DROPS Safran/50 g la pelote = 3 pelotes Safran pour ces 2 tailles. Bon tricot!

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows, from both the right and wrong side. 1 ridge in height = knit 2 rows. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- TOP - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked in the round, bottom up as far as the armholes, then divided and the front and back pieces are finished separately, back and forth. The straps on the front piece are sewn to the bind-off edge on the back piece. BODY: Cast on 214-234-258-280-308-342-376 stitches with circular needle size 3.5 MM = US 4 and DROPS Safran. Change to circular needle size 2.5 MM = US 1.5 and work rib in the round (knit 1, purl 1) for 2 cm = ¾". Change to circular needle size 3.5 MM = US 4. Knit 1 round, decreasing 30-34-38-40-44-50-56 stitches evenly on the round = 184-200-220-240-264-292-320 stitches. Work stockinette stitch until the piece measures 27-28-29-30-31-32-33 cm = 10⅝"-11"-11⅜"-11¾"-12¼"-12½"-13" from the cast-on edge. Remember to maintain the knitting gauge. Now work ribbed sides as follows: Work 25-25-33-37-45-49-53 ribbed stitches (purl 1, knit 1 - i.e., the first and last stitches are purled), knit 67-75-77-83-87-97-107, work 25-25-33-37-45-49-53 ribbed stitches (purl 1, knit 1 - i.e., the first and last stitches are purled), knit 67-75-77-83-87-97-107. Continue this pattern for 2 cm = ¾". The piece measures approx. 29-30-31-32-33-34-35 cm = 11⅜"-11¾"-12¼"-12½"-13"-13⅜"-13¾" from the cast-on edge. Now, divide for the front and back pieces, binding off for the armholes as follows: Work 9-9-11-11-13-13-13 ribbed stitches as before, bind off the next 7-7-11-15-19-23-27 stitches, work 9-9-11-11-13-13-13 ribbed stitches as before, knit 67-75-77-83-87-97-107, work 9-9-11-11-13-13-13 ribbed stitches as before, bind off the next 7-7-11-15-19-23-27 stitches, work 9-9-11-11-13-13-13 ribbed stitches as before, knit 67-75-77-83-87-97-107, work 9-9-11-11-13-13-13 ribbed stitches as before. There are 85-93-99-105-113-123-133 stitches on the front and back pieces with 9-9-11-11-13-13-13 ribbed stitches on each side. The front and back pieces are finished separately, back and forth. BACK PIECE: = 85-93-99-105-113-123-133 stitches. Work as follows, decreasing for the armholes from both the right and wrong side: ROW 1 (wrong side): Work 1 GARTER STITCH – read explanation above, work 8-8-10-10-12-12-12 ribbed stitches as before, purl 2 together, purl until there are 11-11-13-13-15-15-15 stitches left on the row, purl 2 twisted together, work 8-8-10-10-12-12-12 ribbed stitches as before, 1 garter stitch (2 decreased stitches). ROW 2 (right side): 1 garter stitch, work 8-8-10-10-12-12-12 ribbed stitches as before, slip 1 stitch, knit 1, pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch, work as before until there are 11-11-13-13-15-15-15 stitches left, knit 2 together, work 8-8-10-10-12-12-12 ribbed stitches as before, 1 garter stitch (2 decreased stitches). Work ROWS 1 and 2 a total of 1-1-1-2-4-6-8 times (2-2-2-4-8-12-16 rows) = 81-89-95-97-97-99-101 stitches. Now only decrease from the right side as follows: ROW 1 (wrong side): 1 garter stitch, work 8-8-10-10-12-12-12 ribbed stitches as before, purl until there are 9-9-11-11-13-13-13 stitches left, work 8-8-10-10-12-12-12 ribbed stitches as before, 1 garter stitch. ROW 2 (right side): 1 garter stitch, work 8-8-10-10-12-12-12 ribbed stitches as before, slip 1 stitch, knit 1, pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch, continue as before until there are 11-11-13-13-15-15-15 stitches left, knit 2 together, work 8-8-10-10-12-12-12 ribbed stitches as before, 1 garter stitch (2 decreased stitches). Work ROWS 1 and 2 a total of 6-8-9-9-7-7-6 times (12-16-18-18-14-14-12 rows) = 69-73-77-79-83-85-89 stitches. Continue with stockinette stitch, rib and garter stitch without further decreases until the piece measures 41-43-45-47-49-51-53 cm = 16⅛"-17"-17¾"-18½"-19¼"-20"-21" from the cast-on edge, with the last row from the wrong side. Change to circular needle size 2.5 MM = US 1.5 and work rib as follows from the right side: 1 garter stitch, work rib (knit 1, purl 1) until there is 1 stitch left, 1 garter stitch. Continue this rib with 1 garter stitch on each side for 2 cm = ¾". Bind off. The piece measures approx. 43-45-47-49-51-53-55 cm = 17"-17¾"-18½"-19¼"-20"-21"-21⅝" from the cast-on edge. FRONT PIECE: = 85-93-99-105-113-123-133 stitches. Work in the same way as the back piece, until the front piece measures 38-39-40-41-43-44-45 cm = 15"-15¼"-15¾"-16⅛"-17"-17¼"-17¾" from the cast-on edge, with the last row from the wrong side = 69-73-77-79-83-85-89 stitches. Change to circular needle size 2.5 MM = US 1.5 and work rib as follows from the right side: 1 garter stitch, work rib (knit 1, purl 1) until there is 1 stitch left, 1 garter stitch. Continue this rib with 1 garter stitch on each side for 2 cm = ¾", with the last row from the wrong side. The piece measures approx. 40-41-42-43-45-46-47 cm = 15¾"-16⅛"-16½"-17"-17¾"-18"-18½" from the cast-on edge. Now bind off for the neckline on the next row from the right side: 1 garter stitch, rib (knit 1, purl 1) across the next 8-8-10-10-12-12-12 stitches (= 9-9-11-11-13-13-13 stitches for the left strap), bind off the next 51-55-55-57-57-59-63 stitches, work rib as before across the next 8-8-10-10-12-12-12 stitches, 1 garter stitch (= 9-9-11-11-13-13-13 stitches for the right strap). RIGHT STRAP: From the wrong side: 1 garter stitch, 7-7-9-9-11-11-11 ribbed stitches as before, 1 garter stitch. Continue this rib back and forth until the piece measures 49-51-53-55-57-59-61 cm = 19¼"-20"-21"-21⅝"-22½"-23¼"-24" from the cast-on edge. Bind off. LEFT STRAP: Work in the same way as the right strap. ASSEMBLY: Sew the straps outermost on each side of the back piece, sewing stitch to stitch. Approx. 3 cm = 1⅛" of the strap will lie on the back piece. |
