Nu har jeg hæklet kærlighedsknuderne op til række 24. Så vidt jeg kan se skal lufmaskebuerne kun strikkes på de skrå sider, men hvordan afsluttes sjalet foroven??

Pattern: The shawl is crochet from bottom up (see diagram 1: chain = A, knot = B). 1st row: ch 1 (= C in diagram). *Pull the st on hook approx 2.5 cm / 1" long, yarn over , pull yarn through st, put hook through chain (see diagram 2: chain = D), yarn over , pull yarn through chain (= 2 st on hook), yarn over, pull yarn through both sts on hook* (from *-* = 1 love knot) Repeat from *-* 3 times (= 4 knots) and connect them with a sc in the first ch to form a ring. 2nd row: Turn the piece, crochet 3 love knots, 1 sc in the 3rd knot from 1st row (crochet sc in B – see diagram 1), crochet 3 love knots and 1 sc in the 2nd knot from 1st row (= 2 diamonds on the row) 3rd row: Turn the piece, crochet 1 love knot and attach with a sc in the 2nd knot from previous row (i.e. the last diamond) - you’ve now turned so that you’re ready to continue this row: crochet 3 love knots, 1 sc in the top knot in diamond from previous row, 2 love knots, sc in the top of the next diamond, 3 love knots, 1 sc in the 1st knot in diamond from previous row (= 3 diamonds on the row) 4th row: Turn the piece, crochet 1 love knot and attach with a sc in the 2nd knot in the last diamond from previous row – you’ve now turned so that you’re ready to continue this row: crochet 3 love knots, 1 sc in the top knot in diamond from previous row, 2 love knots, sc in the top of the next diamond, 2 love knots, sc in the top of the next diamond, 3 love knots, 1 sc in the 1st knot in diamond from previous row (= 4 diamonds on the row) Continue like this, turning the piece as explained on 3rd row after each row (crochet 1 love knot and attach with a sc in the 2nd knot in the last diamond from previous row), and create an additional diamond in each row. You crochet 3 love knots at the beginning and end of a row and 2 love knots on the diamonds in between. When you have crochet 24 rows (or desired length), fasten off. Crochet border: Crochet along the 2 sides of the shawl using crochet hook 4.5mm/ US 7 and Vivaldi as follows: 1st row: 1 sc in the outermost st at the top of the shawl, *ch 7, 1 sc between 2 knots (i.e. in the middle of the knot), ch 7, 1 sc in next knot*, repeat from *-* along the 2 sides. Note! Crochet 2 extra ch in the diamond at the bottom in order the border doesn’t become too tight = 98 ch spaces, turn the piece 2nd row: Crochet slip stitches to the mid of the first ch space, *ch 7, 1 sc in next ch space*, repeat from *-* and turn the piece – Note! Crochet an extra ch space in the diamond at the bottom in order the border doesn’t become too tight = 98 ch spaces, turn the piece 3rd row: Crochet as 2nd row 4th row: *ch 4, pull the st on hook approx 1-1.5 cm / ⅜"-½", pull st through a bead, put hook through the st again, yarn over, pull yo through st, ch 4, 1 sc in next ch space, ch 7, 1 sc in next ch space, ch 7, 1 sc in next ch space*, repeat from *-* and finish with a ch space with a bead. |
