Hei, piirros näyttää mallineuletta oikealta puolelta katsottuna. Eli ensimmäisellä kerroksella (oikea puoli) neulotaan kaikki silmukat oikein, seuraavalla kerroksella (nurja puoli) neulotaan vuorotellen 3 silmukkaa oikein ja 1 silmukka nurin.

The stitch count for the front and back shoulder seams do not match. I am making the smallest size so the stitch count in the pattern goes: FRONT: 38 stitches, BO7, BO8 = 23 stitches remaining for shoulder seam on each side BACK: 77, BO as front, 63 stitches remain, BO31, leaving 16 per side, BO1 each side leaving 15 each back shoulder seam. So the front shoulder seams are wider by 8 stitches than the back ones they are meant to attach to in making up. Is this pattern error?

Dear Mrs Horton-Hallet, number of sts match on both shoulder, but you have to bind off for neck on front piece 8 sts 1 time, 2 sts 3 times and 1 st 2 times, pattern will be edited. Thank you, Happy knitting!

My apologies for the many questions but I am having trouble with the pattern but am too far in to stop. When I am doing the sleeves it says to follow pattern 1, but pattern 1 was for a flat piece of work. How can I adapt it to working in the round?

I am confused as to why the pockets are knitted half in stockinette and half in reverse stockinette. A) would it not be neater for the entire inside of the pocket to be either one or the other and B) would it not also be neater for the inside of the pocket that is first attached to the body to be the stockinette rather than the reverse stockinette so that if the pocket gapes it looks neater?
24.06.2015 - 14:38DROPS Design answered:
Dear Amanda, pocket is worked half stockinette/half reversed stockinette so that the purl side will be on the wrong side. You first create the opening for the pocket slipping sts on a st holder, then work the sts from pocket into body. But you are welcome to adjust as you like it to do. Happy knitting!
