Strikker du i DROPS Merino Extra Fine? Du skal have 21 m x 28 varv på 10x10 cm :)

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- RIDGE/GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows. 1 ridge = knit 2 rows. PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 to A.5. The diagrams show all rows in the pattern from the right side. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- BLANKET – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked back and forth with circular needle. BLANKET: Cast on 130-154 stitches with circular needle size 4 MM = US 6 and Merino Extra Fine. Work A.1 over all stitches. Then work as follows from the right side: A.1, work 1 stockinette stitch, A.2 until there are 5 stitches left, 1 stockinette stitch, A.1. Continue this pattern until A.2 has been worked 4-5 times in height. The piece measures approx. 17-21 cm = 6¾"-8¼". REMEMBER THE KNITTING GAUGE! Continue with pattern over the middle 120-144 stitches as described below and A.1 and the 1 stockinette stitch over the 5 stitches on each side as before. Work A.3, until the piece measures 29-33 cm = 11⅜"-13". Work A.1 over all stitches. Work A.4, 2 times in height. The piece measures approx. 42-46 cm = 16½"-18". Work A.1 over all stitches. Work A.5 – AT THE SAME TIME on the first row increase 12 stitches evenly spaced = 142-166 stitches (this is because the pattern tightens the fabric). Repeat A.5 over the middle 132-156 stitches, and the 5 stitches on each side as before, until the piece measures 57-63 cm = 22½"-24¾" – AT THE SAME TIME on the last row in A.5 decrease 12 stitches evenly spaced = 130-154 stitches. Work A.1 over all stitches. Bind off with knit. The blanket measures approx. 58-64 cm = 22¾"-25¼" from the cast-on edge. |
