How to decorate hair ties

In this DROPS video, we show you how to easily can remake your hair tie - make hair ornaments. Use a yarn that is slightly elastic and crochet enough stitches around the hair tie so it does not tighten. In this video we use DROPS Baby Merino and work single crochet around the hair tie. After work stitches around the tie use the imagination and make fans, flowers, hair nets, spirals, loops, use double thread, more colors, etc. etc.

Bonjour Mme Chagnon, pour cet élastique, crochetez des arceaux puis dans chaque arceau 1 ms, des brides (le nombre de brides va varier en fonction de votre nombre de ml pour l'arceau, de la largeur de l'ouvrage, de l'effet voulu etc...) et 1 ms. Bon crochet!

In this DROPS video we show how to create a super simple, but beautiful bracelet with flower. We work the bracelet in DROPS Snow, but we have used DROPS Belle, crochet hook size 3.5mm and buttons in sizes 15 mm on the other bracelets in the video. BRACELET: Crochet 14 ch, continue with 29 ch looser, turn the piece, 1 sl st in 2nd st from hook, 1 sc in each of the next 26 sts, 1 sl st in next st, turn piece, skip 1 st and crochet 1 sl st, 1 sc in each of the next sc the entire row, finish with 1 sl st in last st. Crochet 14 ch, cut and tighten the thread (if desirable tie a knot). FLOWER: Crochet 3 ch and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch. ROUND 1: 1 ch, work 6 sc in ch-ring and finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round. ROUND 2: 1 ch, in every sc the entire round work: 1 sc, 3 ch, in 3rd ch from hook work 1 hdc and 1 dc. Finish with 1 sl st in first sc from beg of round = 6 leaves. Cut and fasten threads. Attach a button to the flower and sew the flower in bracelet. The bracelet measures 11½" (29 cm) (without tie bands 5½" (14 cm)) and weighs about 2 grams (without button).

In this DROPS video we show how to work a bookmark with lace pattern. Row 1: Ch 4, in the 4th ch from hook work: 3 dc, ch 5, 3 dc. In this DROPS video, we show you how to knit a sock with a square heel. The stitches on top of the foot are placed on a thread, while the stitches at the back are kept on the needles and the heel is worked as follows (the heel extends under the foot): 1) The heel is worked back and forth across the heel-stitches to achieve the correct height. For this type of heel, the length reaches midway under the heel. 2) Next, the heel is knitted together beneath the foot. 3) The sock is then continued in the round, with stitches picked up along both sides of the heel length, working towards the toe. 4) This heel creates a square shape, which is why this type of heel is known as a square heel.
