Bonjour Mme Lasnier, passez un fil dans les mailles du bord de l'intérieur de la corbeille et serrez pour refermer ce trou. Bon tricot!

The answer "will work short rows as follows : *2 rows over 29 sts, 2 rows over 26 sts, 2 rows over 23 sts, 2 rows over all sts* and repeat this all the way." isn't really clearing up the question. I watched the video and the pattern doesn't seem to do what the video does. When do you actually knit all the way across? Maybe it would help to include Wrong side/right side notation?
10.08.2018 - 19:45DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Haralson, the video is only showing how to work short rows (basic method), ie the sample is not showing how to work this corb, only how to work over a few sts to create the desired shape. Work the short rows as explained in the pattern knitting 2 rows over the first 29 sts, 2 rows over the first 26 stsf, 2 rows over the first 23 sts, 2 rows over all sts = you have worked 8 rows over the first sts on the right side seen from RS and only 2 rows over the sts on the left side seen from RS. Happy knitting!

I've read all the comments and re-read the pattern many times and I'm still a bit confused. After CO 32 stitches do we do short rows every row? For instance, CO 32, turn work, garter stitch 26 sts, turn work, garter stitch 23 sts and so on? Or do we do a short row every 3 rows?
31.07.2015 - 20:24DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Langrehr, you cast on 32 sts then work short rows (see video below): *2 rows over 29 sts, 2 rows over 26 sts, 2 rows 23 sts, 2 rows over all sts* repeat from *-*. Happy knitting!

I would like to also make a smaller version. How would I adjust the dimensions?
02.11.2014 - 19:22DROPS Design answered:
Dear Jane, you can recalculate number of sts depending of the size you like to or use a thiner yarn (you would then have to use tighter needles to get a firm fabric). Remember you can get tips & advice from your DROPS store, they will help you by mail or telephone. Happy knitting!

This pattern is confusing, I believe you omitted the word first here: - * 1 row over the 29 sts, turn and work back, - should it read first 29 stitches? When you work back are you knitting all stitches or just to the 29, etc. for rows with 26 and 23, all the way back or just to the 26 and 23?
08.08.2013 - 23:13DROPS Design answered:
Dear Arlene, you will work short rows as follows : *2 rows over 29 sts, 2 rows over 26 sts, 2 rows over 23 sts, 2 rows over all sts* and repeat this all the way. Happy knitting!
