How to knit a shawl in garter stitch with leaves - sideways

In this DROPS video we show how we knit a shawl with garter stitches and leaves worked sideways. We have cast on a much smaller number of stitches than it says in the pattern and we have already knitted row 1-4, 3 times. We start the video showing row 1-4, the 4th time (with gray), then how we decrease and increase to the leaves (with yellow), then working row 1- 4, 1 time after a leaf and finish how we bind off. How to knit garter stitch shawl with leaves, worked sideways in DROPS 177-15

In this DROPS video we show how to knit some steps in the garter stitch shawl Blue Callas in DROPS 177-15, with leaves and which is worked sideways. We cast on 3 stitches and knit 2 rows, then we show row 1-5. Then you repeat rows 2- 5 until there are 45 stitches on the needle. Then we show SHORT ROWS (with blue). We only show the beginning and end of each row (only K). Then we show RIDGES with increases (with grey). You MUST read the pattern to be able to follow this video properly. In this DROPS video we show how to work the pattern for the shawl in DROPS Extra 0-1111. Work as follows: Row 1 (= WS): K 1, 1 YO, P until 1 st remains, 1 YO and K 1 = 2 sts inc. Row 2 (= RS): K 1, 1 YO, * K 2 tog, 1 YO *, repeat from *-* until 1 st remains before mid st, K 1, 1 YO, K 1 (= mid st), 1 YO, * K 2 tog, 1 YO *, repeat from *-* until 2 sts remain, K 1, 1 YO, K 1 = 4 sts inc. Row 3: Work K 1, 1 YO, P until 1 st remains (do not work YOs twisted, they should make holes), 1 YO and K 1 = 2 sts inc. Row 4: K 1, 1 YO, K until mid st, 1 YO, K 1 (= mid st), 1 YO, K until 1 st remains, 1 YO and K 1 = 4 sts inc. Row 5: Work K 1, 1 YO, K until 1 st remains, 1 YO and K 1 = 2 sts inc. Arm knit: Scarf

In this DROPS video we show how arm knit a scarf with tassels. The scarf is super easy to make and with DROPS Cloud it will be feather light and delicious scarf for cold winter days. In this DROPS video we have use 100 g off white (01) and 100 g medium grey (04) in DROPS Cloud. Cast on 8 sts with 4 strands and knitted 35 rows (length 75"/190 cm) and bound off. We have made 16 tassels (1 tassel = 4 strands à 20"/50 cm), folded them double and fasten them to the edges.

Arm knit: Small shawl

In this DROPS video we show how to arm knit a small Christmas shawl with cross and pompoms. Use DROPS Andes from Garnstudio 100 g off white (100) and 200 g Christmas red (3620). Cast on 6 sts with 8 strands in Christmas red, arm knit 15 rows and bind off. Make cords of the strands in the ends, make 6 pompoms and fasten them to the shawl. And you're ready for Christmas!

In this DROPS video we show you how to work cables after chart A.1 in the mittens in Drops Extra 0-1207. In the video we have already cast on 40 sts, worked the rib and decreased to 34 sts. Garland, triangular pennants

Cast on 3 sts. Row 1: K all sts, inc 1 st by making a yo before last st. Row 2: K all sts and K yo twisted (i.e. K in the back loop and not in the front) to avoid a hole. Row 3: K all sts. Repeat row 1-3 until there are 17 sts on needle or to the desired length. Bind off loosely.

Knitted cover for lantern (0-1003)

In this video we show how to knit a cover for lantern. You will also need to read the pattern to be able to follow. We have already cast on 32 sts (small band) and worked 1 ridge in GARTER ST, we start the video at ROW 1 – RIGHT LACE EDGE. How to knit broken moss stitch and the loop in DROPS 189-18

In this DROPS video we show how to knit broken moss stich (1), the beginning and end of each rapport (1-4 round), how to cast on 20 new stitches to the in-laid loop, bind off and how to sew the bind-off edge together. We use smaller stitch numbers what it says in the pattern. We have already knitted 2 rapports (= 8 rounds) of broken moss stitches.
