On the return row cast on 28 sts over bound off sts.
When piece measures 18-18-19 cm inc 1 st on both sides of each marker a total of 3-4-4 times on every 11-9-9 row = 168-180-192 sts.

When piece measures 47-47-47 cm bind off 4 sts mid under arm and finish sleeve back and forth on needle.
