Sorry 2 bother you again. I have read the other Q&A too to clarify this step but this still not clear. for L armhole *-* is (dc ch skip) and is **-** (dc ch dc ch skip then *-*x4 then dc ch dc ch skip)? if above is clear then i don't have enough loops in my round(96dc and 96 ch from A4) to complete the armhole round. Can you simplify by stating chain 3 then XX no of sts then 28 ch for armhole then XX no of sts then 28 ch 2 b finished at beginning of round? Thanks in advance for clarification

Dear Mrs Sharma, from the beg of round you will crochet a total of 28 dc (1 dc + 8 dc x3 + 4 dc), then chain for the armhole, crochet then 37 dc (8 dcx4 + 3dc + 2 dc), then chain for the 2nd armhole = 28 dc before 1st armhole + 37 dc between both armholes = 65 dc. Happy crocheting!

In A2 round id row 3 has 168 dc and row 4 states one dc and one chain then no of sts don't increase whereas the description says"When 2-3-4 rounds of A.3 have been worked (circle measures approx. 36-38-40 cm / 14 1/4"-15"-15 3/4" in diameter), there are 156-168-192 sts on round (= 156-168-96 dc and 0-0-96 ch)" How do no of stitches increase?
02.08.2018 - 13:21DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Sharma, round 2 in A.3 is the first round with dc (= 13 dc x 12 repeats = 156 dc. Round 3 in A.3 is the one with increases = 14 dc x 12 = 168 dc . Round 4 in A.3 is the one with dc/chains = 8 dc/8 ch x 12 = 96 dc + 96 chains = 192 sts. Happy crocheting!

Hello. When you say work A2, 6 time on the round then is A2 to be repeated 6 times? I have been in love with this type of design since past 7 years and have taken up crochet now and this is my second project in crochet and I am still learning to read the patterns by looking at the videos and coming back to pattern to compare and learn. its quite easy to get it thanks for the wonderful Pattern and instructions. hope to hear from you soon as I have already finished A2 once.
01.08.2018 - 14:19DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Sharma, yes you will repeat A.2 a total of 6 times in width (= just around), but only one time in height. Happy crocheting!

Sky is heel licht garen.

Piece measures approx. 130 cm in diameter. SLEEVE: Worked back and forth, top down. First work a sleeve cap. Work A.7 - remember CROCHET INFO. When A.7 has been worked 1 time, there are 25 tr on round. Fasten off. Work 14-16-18 loose ch, then work 1 tr in every tr from A.7, finish with 17-19-21 ch (incl 3 ch to turn with). Insert 1 marker in piece, NOW MEASURE PIECE FROM HERE. Work 1 tr in 4th ch from hook, 1 tr in each of the next 13-15-17 ch, 1 tr in every tr, 1 tr in every ch = 53-57-61 tr. Then work 1 tr in every tr. When piece measures 4 cm, dec 1 tr in each side of piece by working the first 2 tr tog and the last 2 tr tog (= 2 tr dec) – SEE DECREASE TIP! Repeat dec every 3-3-3½ cm 10-10-9 more times = 31-35-41 tr. When piece measures 38-39-40 cm, work piece in the round as follows: Work A.9 6-7-8 times in total on round AT THE SAME TIME on first round dec 1-0-1 tr = 30-35-40 tr. On last round in A.9 dec 2-3-4 tr evenly = 28-32-36 tr. Then work A.10 7-8-9 times in total on round. Fasten off when A.10 has been worked 1 time vertically. Piece measures approx. 63-64-65 cm in total. Work another sleeve the same way. ASSEMBLY: Sew sleeves into circle in outer loop of edge sts. Sew underarm seam. |
