Dag Angela,
Je breit in elke losse 1 stokje. Dus in totaal 5 stokjes die elk op een losse zijn gehaakt.

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- CROCHET INFORMATION: The first double crochet on each row is replaced by 3 chain stitches. PATTERN: See diagram A.1. DECREASE TIP: Decrease 1 double crochet by working 2 double crochets together as follows: Work 1 double crochet in the first stitch but wait with the last pull-through, work 1 double crochet in the next stitch and pull the last yarn-over through all 3 loops on the hook. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- JACKET – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The body is worked back and forth, bottom up as far as the armholes, then divided for the front and back pieces which are finished separately. The sleeves are worked bottom up, back and forth then sewn together. All the pieces are sewn together to finish. BODY: The piece is worked back and forth from mid-front. Work 175-187-204-225-244-264 chain stitches (including 3 chain stitches on each side to turn with), using crochet hook size 5 MM = US H/8 and DROPS Brushed Alpaca Silk. Work as follows: 1 double crochet in the 4th chain stitch from the hook, then 1 double crochet in each of the next 3-3-2-5-6-2 chain stitches * skip 1 chain stitch, 1 double crochet in each of the next 5 chain stitches *, work from *-* to end of row = 145-155-169-187-203-219 double crochet (the first 3 chain stitches = 1 double crochet). Read CROCHET INFORMATION! Insert 1 marker, 37-40-43-48-52-56 double crochets in from each side (= 71-75-83-91-99-107 double crochets between markers on the back piece). Continue according to diagram A.1 as follows: A.1A across the first 2 double crochets, A.1B until there are 3 double crochets left, A.1C. The 3 outermost double crochets on each side = bands. Repeat the 3 rows in the diagram to finished length. Remember to maintain the crochet gauge. When the piece measures 15 cm = 6", decrease 1 double crochet on each side of both markers, decreasing either on the first or third row in the diagram by working 2 double crochets together – read DECREASE TIP. Decrease like this every 5 cm = 2" a total of 7 times = 117-127-141-159-175-191 double crochets. The piece measures approx. 45 cm = 17¾". Now increase for the collar at the same time as dividing for the armholes. Read the next 3 sections before continuing. COLLAR: When the piece measures 46-47-48-49-50-51 cm = 18"-18½"-19"-19¼"-19¾"-20", begin increasing for the shawl collar on the next row by working 2 double crochets in the next-outermost double crochet. Increase every row a total of 6 times, then every 2nd row 2 times. The increased stitches are worked in double crochet. After all the increases there are 11 double crochets on each side of the lace pattern in row 2 of the diagram A.1. ARMHOLES: AT THE SAME TIME when the piece measures 53-54-55-56-57-58 cm = 21"-21¼"-21⅝"-22"-22½"-22¾", divide for the armholes and finish the back and front pieces separately. FIRST FRONT PIECE: Work until there are 2-3-3-4-5-6 double crochets left before the marker, turn and work back. When all the collar-increases are finished, there are 36-38-41-45-48-51 stitches left. Continue the pattern until the piece measures 72-74-76-78-80-82 cm = 28⅜"-29⅛"-29½"-30¾"-31½"-32¼", with the next row from mid-front. The outermost 19-20-23-26-29-32 stitches towards the armhole = shoulder (do not continue working across these stitches). Work 4 rows of double crochets across the 17-18-18-19-19-19 stitches mid-front (= collar). Then work the next row as follows from mid-front: 1 double crochet in each of the first 10 double crochets, * 1 half-double crochet in the next double crochet, 1 single crochet in the next double crochet and 1 slip stitch in the next double crochet, turn with 1 chain stitch. Skip the slip stitch, work 1 slip stitch in the double crochet, 1 double crochet in the half-double crochet, 1 half-double crochet in the first double crochet, then double crochets to end of row *. Turn and work 1 double crochet in each of the first 6 double crochets, work from *-* 1 more time. Cut the strand. SECOND FRONT PIECE: Work in the same way as the first front piece but in reverse. BACK PIECE: Continue the pattern across the middle 53-55-63-69-75-81 double crochets (4-6-6-8-10-12 double crochets on each side = armhole). When the piece measures 70-72-74-76-78-80 cm = 27½"-28⅜"-29⅛"-29½"-30¾"-31½", work 1 row across the outermost 19-20-23-26-29-32 double crochets on each side (the middle 15-15-17-17-17-17 double crochets = neckline). Cut the strand. SLEEVES: The piece is worked back and forth then sewn together. Work 40-43-43-45-45-48 chain stitches (including 3 chain stitches on each side to turn with), using crochet hook size 5 MM = US H/8 and DROPS Brushed Alpaca Silk. Turn and work 1 double crochet in the 4th chain stitch from the hook. Continue with 1 double crochet in each of the next 6-3-3-5-5-2 chain stitches, * skip 1 chain stitch, work 1 double crochet in each of the next 5 chain stitches *, work from *-* to end of row = 33-35-35-37-37-39 double crochets – remember CROCHET INFORMATION! Continue according to diagram A.1b, finishing with 1 double crochet in the last double crochet. When A.1 has been worked 3 times in height, continue with double crochets to finished length. When the piece measures 10 cm = 4", increase 1 double crochet on each side by working 2 double crochets in the outermost double crochet. Increase every 4th-3rd-3rd-2nd-2nd-2nd row a total of 7-8-9-9-11-11 times = 47-51-53-55-59-61 double crochets. When the sleeve measures 50-50-47-46-42-41 cm = 19¾"-19¾"-18½"-18"-16½"-16⅛", work the next row as follows: Work slip stitches across the first 4 double crochets, then 1 slip stitch + 3 chain stitches in the next double crochet, continue with double crochets until there are 4 stitches left, turn. Work the 2 outermost double crochets together – remember DECREASE TIP, each end of the next 3-3-4-4-5-5 rows. Cut the strand. The sleeve measures approx. 56-56-54-53-51-50 cm = 22"-22"-21¼"-21"-20"-19¾". ASSEMBLY: Sew the shoulder seams. Sew the collar together mid-back edge-to-edge, then sew the collar to the neckline. Sew the sleeve seams edge-to-edge. Sew the sleeves into the body. TWISTED CORD: Cut 2 strands, 2.5 metres long. Twist them tightly together, then fold the cord double and it will continue to twist. Trim the strands to 80-90 cm = 31½"-35½". Tie a knot in each end. Make 1 more cord in the same way. TASSELS: 1 tassel: Cut a number of strands (e.g., 20 strands) of 15 cm = 6". Fold the strands double and tie a strand around the tassel, 1½ cm = ½" from the top. Make 4 tassels and fasten to each end of the cords. Fasten 1 cord on each side of the jacket, by folding the cord double and threading the middle through the jacket mid-front, then pulling the ends through the loop. |
