I'm not new to crocheting, but I'm having a hard time understanding the bind off instructions for the back. I finally got the armholes after ripping out twice, so I get that, but could you explain what it means by *crocheting 2 rows over only 3 ch-loops each shoulder(do not crochet over the center ch-loops) I understand each shoulder has 3 ch-loops and I'm guessing the neck scoop is higher than the front.
16.02.2016 - 00:04DROPS Design answered:
Dear Debbie, there are 3 ch-loops on shoulder on front piece too, on back piece, you crochet 2 rows over the 3 ch-loops on each side, the unworked ch-loop on mid on back piece will be the neckline. Happy crocheting!

I am at the arm holes. Do I only increase on both sides for one row and then continue, or add increase in second from end on each row after that? I keep getting lost and end up not knowing which chain goes with which row as I continue.
30.05.2015 - 04:43DROPS Design answered:
Dear Shires, you dec first at the end of row, then turn work next row and dec at the end of this row and continue as stated for your size, following diagram approriate to your size. Happy crocheting!

Hej!

Dear Linda, when 1st shoulder is done, cut the yarn and join it on 2nd shoulder to work it as the first, but reversed. Happy crocheting!

My question really was how do you start the other shoulder? Do you cut the yarn and reattach at the other side? Or is there a way to do it with out cutting the yarn.
11.07.2013 - 21:54DROPS Design answered:
Dear Stefaini, when the first shoulder is done, yes you have to cut the yarn and start the 2nd shoulder the same way, joining the yarn on the 2nd side of piece. Happy crocheting!

I'm confused on binding off neck/shoulders. How do you do one side and then the other?
10.07.2013 - 23:28DROPS Design answered:
Dear Stefaini, you will work on the 4 first ch-loops, from one side towards armhole, turn the work, sl st to center of first ch-loop and continue with ch-loops = 3 ch-loops on shoulder. Continue on this 3 ch-loop until stated measurement. Work the other shoulder starting from the side towards neck the same way. Happy crocheting!

Crochet the sleeve and side seams in the same manner. Then crochet in the sleeves in the same manner.
