How to knit A.1 in DROPS 163-17

In this DROPS video we show how to work the wave pattern following chart A.1 for the Mermaid Song blanket in DROPS 163-17. We knit 3 edge stitches on each side and knit A.1 2 times the width. We've already knitted A.1 2 times in height and start video with row 6 in the chart from the WS. This blanket band is made in DROPS Snow, we knit with the same yarn in the video. How to work a domino square

In this DROPS video we show how we work a domino square. Cast on 5 stitches and insert 1 marker thread in the middle stitch. Work the domino square as follows: ROW 1 (= wrong side): Knit. ROW 2 (= right side): Knit as far as the stitch with the marker thread, 1 yarn over, knit 1 (stitch with marker thread), 1 yarn over, knit to end of row. ROW 3 (= wrong side): Knit. ROW 4 (= right side): Knit as far as the stitch with the marker thread, 1 yarn over, knit 1 (stitch with marker thread), 1 yarn over, knit to end of row. Work ROWS 1-4 onwards until finish measurement. Cast off – but on the cast-off row increase as before in the corner; yarn overs are cast off as you go (this avoids the corners being tight). How to work a spiral pot holder

In this DROPS video we show how we work a spiral pot holder, this technique is used in the pot holder Betty in DROPS 147-30. We show how to cast on 2 stiches and knit row 1-21, then we show row 91-98 where we on row 94 show how to pick up the outermost stitch in front loop from 1st row, knit the first stitch from left needle, pass the new stitch over. When it is worked to the marker (from row 90), we show the 1st decrease and the last decrease (knit 2 stitch together) and at the end we show how to work the loop.
