How to crochet an African Flower Hexagon

In this DROPS video we show you how to crochet a hexagon african flower. Work 5 ch and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch – wih COLOR 1. ROUND 1: Work 3 ch (replace 1st tr), 1 tr in ch-ring, * 1 ch, 2 tr in ch-ring *, repeat from *-* 4 times more. Finish with 1 ch and 1 sl st in 3rd ch in beg of round. Cut thread. ROUND 2: Change to COLOR 2 and work 1 sl st in first ch-space, 3 ch (replace 1st tr), 1 tr, 1 ch, 2 tr in same ch-space. Work as follows in next ch-space: * 2 tr, 1 ch, 2 tr *, repeat from *-* whole round and finish with 1 sl st in 3rd ch in beg of round. ROUND 3: Work 1 sl st in ch-space. 3 ch (replace 1st tr), 6 tr in the same ch-space. Work * 7 tr in next ch-space *, repeat *-* whole round and finish with 1sl st with COLOR 3 in 3rd in beg of round. How to crochet a summer bracelet with flower

In this DROPS video we show how to make a super simple, but beautiful bracelet with a decorative flower. We crochet the bracelet in DROPS Snow, but we have used DROPS Belle, crochet hook size 3.5 and buttons in sizes 15 mm on the other bracelets in the video. BRACELET: Crochet 14 ch, continue with 29 ch looser, turn the piece, 1 sl st in 2nd st from hook, 1 dc in each of the next 26 sts, 1 sl st in next st, turn piece, skip 1 st and crochet 1 sl st, 1 dc in each of the next dc the entire row, finish with 1 sl st in last st. Crochet 14 ch, cut and tighten the thread (if desirable tie a knot). FLOWER: Crochet 3 ch and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch. ROUND 1: 1 ch, work 6 dc in ch-ring and finish with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round. ROUND 2: 1 ch, in every dc the entire round work: 1 dc, 3 ch, in 3rd ch from hook work 1 htr and 1 tr. Finish with 1 sl st in first dc from beg of round = 6 leaves. Cut and fasten threads. Attach a button to the flower and sew the flower in bracelet. The bracelet measures 29 cm (without tie bands 14 cm) and weighs about 2 g (without button).

How to crochet a puff stitch flower

In this DROPS video we show you how to crochet a puff stitch flower. This little flower is easy and fast to make and perfect for decoration. Work as follows: Crochet 4 ch and form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch. ROUND 1: 3 ch and work 11 tr in ch-ring (= 12 st). Finish with 1 sl st in 3rd ch. ROUND 2: **work 2 ch, *yo, insert hook in same st as ch2, pull through*, repeat *-* 2 more times = 7 st on hook (when pulling through, have your yo’s loosely match your ch2). Yo and insert hook in your next st, pull thread through and repeat 2 more times = total of 13 st on your hook. Make a final yo and pull through all st on hook. Ch 2 and make 1 sl st in next st. ** Repeat **-** 5 more times = 6 puff stitches / petals on flower. Fasten off.

How to crochet flowers and attach the strap in DROPS 187-3

In this DROPS video we show you how to work the flowers and how to work and attach the strap to the Juanita bag in DROPS 187-3. We have already worked some parts of the bag (we use a smaller number of stitches and different colours than what is listed in the pattern) and the video begins with 2 treble crochets being worked together in one stitch (oval shaped icon with 2 small lines in the 2nd row in diagram A.1), then work according to diagram A.2 into the treble crochets worked together. Then we show you some parts of the 3rd row in diagram, where we work 1 treble crochet around the last chain stitch from A.2. The strap is completed and we show you how to attach one of the strap to the bag using treble crochets. We also show you how to complete the flowers from A.2 according to diagram A.3. After that we work the loose flowers according to diagram A.4 and how to attach the loose flower to the bag and strap. How to crochet a simple flower

In this DROPS video we show how to crochet a simple flower. This flower can be made with different number of sts, but the basic principle is the same. In this video we ch 4 and form them into a ring by making 1 sl st in first ch. ROUND 1: * 1 dc in ring, ch 3, * repeat from * - * a total of 3 times and finish with 1 sl st in first dc from beg of round = 3 ch spaces. ROUND 2: Crochet as follows in each ch-space: 1 sl st, 5 tr and 1 sl = 3 leaves. Turn piece - work next round from the back side of the flower. ROUND 3: ch 1, work 1 dc in first dc from round 1, ch 4, 1 dc at the bottom center of the first leaf from round 2, ch 4, 1 dc in next dc from round 1, ch 4, 1 dc at the bottom middle of the next leaf from round 2, ch 4, 1 dc in next dc from round 1, ch 4, 1 dc at the bottom middle of the last leaf from round 2, finish with ch 4 and 1 sl st in the first dc from beg of round = 6 ch-spaces. How to crochet a waffle pattern

In this DROPS video we show you how to crochet an easy waffle pattern. This pattern can be used in for example cloths, pot holders or blankets. Start by chaining a row with a number of stitches multiple with 3 + 4. In the video we chain a row with 15+4. Work 19 chain stitch. Row 1: Work 1 treble crochet in the 2nd chain stitch from the hook, 1 treble crochet in each of the next 17 chain stitch, 2 chain stitch and turn.
