In the wrist warmers, what does A.a and A.b mean?
18.03.2024 - 01:18DROPS Design answered:
Dear Kirsty, A.a and A.b are subsections of A.9 and A.10. It means that you work only the rows between the specific bracket (a or b) of those charts. Happy crochetting!

Hallo!
04.01.2021 - 14:38DROPS Design answered:
Dag Olga,
Het patroon loopt over 8 steken, namelijk: 3 stk in eerste/volgend stk (= 1 st), haak 3 l, sla 1 stk over (= 1 st), haak STK-GROEP IN STK – zie uitleg boven (= 5 st), 3 l, sla 1 stk over(= 1 st). Zie ook telpatroon A.7.

Hello, I am trying to do viola shawl in baby alpaca silk , I have done the first three rows but can not understand what I am supposed to be doing after that, is there a full written pattern as I do not know how to read a diagram, could you also send a photo of shawl laid out so I can try to work it out myself as I go, love the wool and the pattern so really want to do it correctly , I am fairly new to crochet and I apologise if I am being a bit slow or difficult.

Piece measures approx. 16 cm / 6 1/4''. Fasten off. Work an edge around the first ch-row as follows: 1 sc in first ch, * ch 1, 1 sc in next ch *, repeat from *-* and finish with 1 sl st in first sc.
