Crochet: How to work charts A.9 to A.12 in DROPS 166-44

In this DROPS video we show you how to work charts A.9, A.10, A.11 and A.12 for the wrist warmers in DROPS 166-44. We work as follows: 7 dc, A.9, A.10, A.9 and 7 dc. First we work one repeat of A.a in the height. After that we work: A.12, A.9, A.10, A.9 and A.11, we work the first two rows of A.b and finishing of with the last row of A.b. In this DROPS video we show you how to work a wrist warmer. We have already worked 40 chain stitch (ch) and formed a ring with 1 slip stitch (sl st) in first ch. We start video working ch 4, then 1 st in each st as follows: 1 round with treble crochet (tr), 1 round of double crochet (sc), 1 round with tr, 1 round with sc and 1 round tr. (crochet tip: Replace first tr on round with 4 ch and first sc with 1 ch. Finish each round with 1 sl st in first tr/sc from beg of round). Change color and crochet 1 round with sc. In this DROPS video, we show you how to knit a sock with a square heel. The stitches on top of the foot are placed on a thread, while the stitches at the back are kept on the needles and the heel is worked as follows (the heel extends under the foot): 1) The heel is worked back and forth across the heel-stitches to achieve the correct height. For this type of heel, the length reaches midway under the heel. 2) Next, the heel is knitted together beneath the foot. 3) The sock is then continued in the round, with stitches picked up along both sides of the heel length, working towards the toe. 4) This heel creates a square shape, which is why this type of heel is known as a square heel.
