I made this one. Its also tiny. I think even with needle 3,5 I have to use an extra pattern of the moose. I checked the fabellabel. It says use needle 3 and than you get 24sts x 32 rows. Its Delight yarn som say 26 sts x 34. But ist the Fabel som used most.

DROPS Design 18.01.2016 kl. 15:33:

Dear Frederika, remember to check your tension, the headband is worked here with a tension of 26 sts = 10 cm - piece will then stretch around head. Happy knitting!

Victoria Jones 09.11.2015 - 23:13:

Just made this with recommended yarn and needles, but it's tiny! I measured my own head and it should have fit, but it won't even fit my 4year old. It's a lovely pattern and I will definitely make it again, just with an extra pattern repeat or two to get it to fit.

DROPS Design 10.11.2015 kl. 10:06:

Dear Mrs Jones, remember to check and keep the correct tension (= 26 sts x 34 rows in stocking st = 10 x 10 cm). Happy knitting!

Made this for my sons fiancé. She is from Switzerland and associates the moose with Canada. She loved it, especially as she saw a real one last summer.

CARON 22.08.2012 - 16:44:

Chrissi 12.07.2011 - 15:46:

Sehr schön!

I love this headband! It's adorable, and it's something that anyone can wear. Thank you for sharing a classic piece.
